Cute little place below the street level overlooking the river. I don’t eat fish normally. But decided to try out the dynamite roll. I was pleasantly surprised and now feel like this place would be a good start for my fishy adventures. Not to be compared with questionable adventures living up to this point. Eat here. It’s good.

Went on a dinner date, never been there before. Atmosphere was quiet and calm, they were playing soft piano which made us so relaxed! Waiter was very soft spoken and friendly. Beautiful ceramic dishes, everything was clean and perfect. I ordered seaweed salad, tempura crab hand roll, sashimi etc..my partner ordered fried rice, DELICIOUS. It’s right over the creek in silverton, sweet location for a date. We are definitely coming back soon with my family. I hope this business stays for a long time! Parking is a little tricky on weekends.

Akatsuki is a wonderful little sushi spot right on the river! My wife and I split an Alaska roll and a fusion ignition roll. The Alaska roll was perfect. Our only complaint with the fusion ignition roll was that it wasn’t spicy enough. With fresh jalapenos and a spicy mayo plus a siracha sauce we expected some heat but it was very mild. The business is also hurting from not having enough employees. They have begun closing Mondays and our service today suffered slightly, but the one server was doing her best and was friendly.

Very good, fresh food for a reasonable price, presented beautifully. Great selection. Service was excellent… servers were very attentive, and food came reasonably fast. Beautiful atmosphere with windows overlooking Silver Creek. Outside balcony dining area overlooking the creek. Located in cute little a creekside mall with other shops, so going up and down stairs is required, but worth it. Aside from street parking, a small lot with parking for that building is available across the street.

The food was okay. It was fresh, well presented. The menu was large and there are many GF options, however we asked our server if the chef could make a roll without rice, we were quickly told no. Besides sashimi, a rice free roll would be nice for those diabetes who like the crunch and texture of a sushi roll ingredients minus the rice.

This is the best sushi my husband and I have had in 15 years! We ordered the Jalapeno Bomb appetizer, The Dynamite Roll, The Philadelphia Roll, Volcano Roll and Mango Roll. The sushi quality is excellent, the portions are perfect and the drinks were expertly made. I highly recommend sitting in the lounge and Shawna is an outstanding bartender/server!
