The beef teriyaki was the trimmings of undesirable, tough cuts of beef that were chewy and almost inedible. The teriyaki sauce was very thin and was missing the rich, umami flavor. 80% of the teriyaki bowl was filled with rice, but I guess that was okay because the meat was so unappealing anyway.
The miso soup was better but rather watery compared to what you get at Momiji Sushi in Salem. Very disappointing overall and beef is not something they should have on the menu if this is how they prepare it.

Stopped in on a whim when we saw the dining room overlooking the creek. One of the best restaurants we have been to. Food was fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully. There was only one server and he handled having a full restaurant with such great customer service. Definitely adding this stop to our annual trip to silver falls.

All the Sushi and Nigri were excellent.
In particular, my wife had a smoked salmon Philly roll and it was next level delicious.
I had the sweetheart roll and it came out shaped like a heart. The addition of mango was a refreshing twist I had never tried, but I’m glad I did.

This place is an amazing hidden gem, located in Downtown Silverton! With an absolutely stunning view of the river.
Sushi is super fresh. Rice is well seasoned. Appetizers come out hot and fresh!
This sushi boat combo that my friend got was $33. Thats a STEAL for some delicious bites!
They serve alcohol as well.
Overall if I could give this restaurant a 6th star, I would!
Give them a shot whenever you’re in town!

Second visit here and the sushi is excellent. Service has been great both times, attentive but not over the top. We had the miso soup, a lion king special roll, a volcano roll and a Hawaiian roll.

Everything here is AMAZING! My Fiancé and I came here for the first time last week to try their sushi and ramen. We have been back 3 times since then! This is our new favorite spot. There’s such a wide variety of choices, the service is INCREDIBLE, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. There hasn’t been a single thing on the menu that we haven’t absolutely loved. I highly recommend trying this place. You’ll be hooked once you do!

This was a great find today. My first time. We met friends who live in the area and introduced us to this restaurant. There is ample seating. We chose to sit outside overlooking the creek.
Our food choices were excellent. Everyone was happy with our eating experience and the food presentation. The Bento box is a great choice if you are not sure what to order.

Surprisingly pleasant environment, good Japanese food, some of the better sushi in the valley. Get a table streamside if you can, indoor or outdoor, and enjoy the sounds of water flowing while you rest and recuperate.
