First time came here was 20+ years ago. Everything was fresh and huge portion. Was told owner sold the Resturant 10+ years ago. Quality stay the same, portion was huge as before. Their signature dish is Chirashi bowl, can definitely fit two man. Definitely worth to try. But remember don’t over order. Enjoy

Definitely be ready for a wait, but the food is well worth it! The chirashi bowl has these big slices of sashimi and it’s the perfect to share with others.

Been coming here with the original owner for many years. There was a period of time that the shift made the quality and the service drop. So, today we decided to see if it got better and we were glad it did since it used to be our favorite place.

This is a high quality Japanese restaurant with a moderate pricing. The foods are fresh and tasty. The service staffs are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is old and may need a renovation to increase more seating. I highly recommend this restaurant and are still going back to satisfy my sushi cravings.

The best sushi place in town, it is always the “hole in the wall” places that are awesome. This place is very small and very intimate, so get comfortable for tight spaces.

Simply put, this place is small and feel old. Just don’t let it bother you. The servers there are great. The prices are on the high side but they are justified by the taste and the portions they serve. I have no problem coming back for more. I like this place.

The Chirashi bowl is amazing! The best ever. Deep fried soft shell crab also wonderful, Hugh portion and very fresh crab, very crispy. And their oyster in a delicious sauce, will come back!

We haven’t been here since the new owners bought the place and it’s honestly almost like we remembered and loved it. All the rolls are large, tasty and fresh. We got the Chirashi bowl (amazing) salmon avocado roll, Tataki bowl and that always super tasty. Try the Clark ave and Clark ave rolls while you’re there.

Food was always good after all these years. Big portion. Well prepared! Great service as well. Just the air is not fresh and too smoky from kitchen I believed. Need to put a bigger fan on the roof
