Never had a bad experience here, well, maybe getting a lil too plastered late night with friends, back in the day.
Steak and eggs are my favorite in the AM.
Tried their chicken fried steak, also delish. Stop by here every time I’m in town. Lookin for Shari’s? Its gone- go here instead.

Steak, hashbrowns and eggs is a treat and $16 on Sundays. We usually get pretty good service and good food. Today it took 40 minutes to get two steak and egg specials. When it was delivered, it was cold and most of it was undercooked. Hash browns had no crisp and the toast barely hit the toaster. Nobody came back to check on us. Our water never got refilled. A new girl was serving us, but she left after taking our order to go outside The guy that delivered us our food was also the one behind the bar and was eating behind the bar. I think that is really unprofessional. We have had better food and we have had better service. We had to walk through a smoke filled entryway to get into the restaurant. The smoking section is right next to the entryway. Probably not a go to place going forward or maybe go earlier as this was midafternoon. I have had way better food and service here in the past.

AJ’s has always been a home away from home for many people around town! I’ve heard people refer to it as a “Cheers” atmosphere
The bartenders are very friendly, make excellent drinks and are always running around making sure everyone is constantly served! Brandon is the best, always great conversations and top notch drinks!
The cooks always bring out good food and keeping the special menu fresh!
Lots of people come back for the food, great date night spot!
Perfect place for a family gathering, they are one of the only bars in town that allow kids! I believe kids can be in the dining area till 8pm and they have coloring books available. The staff are very welcoming to kids, which is wonderful to see.
You’ll see all walks of life at this bar!
Management has been doing so many upgrades on the place over the years, it’s looking amazing! New flooring, seating, re-modeled bathroom and they added some plants and decor. Very cozy environment and they have a fireplace in the dining area.
Plus they always keep things fresh, like tacos tuesdays and brunch Sundays!
They also decorate for the holidays!
I would highly recommend AJ’s to anyone! There are so many regulars that would say the same. It’s the best spot in town!

I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog. My New York strip ordered rare came back well done and shiny. My baked Potatoe had more wrinkles than my grandma and was mostly black and rotten and smelled horrible. Had my card out and beer empty for 20 minutes and finally had to wave someone down and ask for my bill. My hotel recommended them and made sure to recommend they don’t do that anymore to their guests.

We had a larger group, and our waitress was very attentive. The tables and menus were dirty, so she cleaned our table. It’s an old school bar, and that was the vibe. Loved the guys eating breakfast and playing Cribbage. The food was good but my gravy was cold. It’s a reasonable place to go. I’d go back.

This is an excellent hole in the wall in Keiser! The food is excellent and packed with flavor, the prices are reasonable for today’s economy, and the service is great! The atmosphere appears to be kid friendly in the booth seating area. I will definitely be returning whenever I’m in town!
I believe they make a proper Philly Cheese steak. I had it last time I was here and had all the proper fixings and shaved tenderloin beef.

Great staff with amazingly positive attitudes. They were very busy but balanced the duties and service with skill. Our server was funny and on point for menu recommendations. The French Dip sandwiches with prime rib were top-notch and did not disappoint! I also tried the “Great Sandwich” (Prime Rib) and will tell you, it lived up to its name. The dining portion of the restaurant also had numerous TVs for those who want to watch sports.

Went here for the first time due to the fact we wanted to watch the rest of the Packers game and figured it would be playing, but we have also had this recommended to us a few times and just never got the chance to try.
Place is large and was very busy for 11:30 given NFL games were on but we only had a 5 minute wait time to get initially greeted and served. Servers were very polite despite being busy as hell and there being only two of them. We ordered in total, 4 Old Fashions, a beer on tap, the Club Sandwich, Bacon Cheeseburger and Chicken Wrap.
First – AJ’s well drinks are literally $4. We had to do a triple check during our payment because we couldn’t believe it! This is insane and they get a five star just on this fact alone.
Second – look and smell of the food was fantastic. Burger was solid all around, chicken wrap was very tasty and the Club Sandwich grew on us as we ate it. The Club Sandwich is a BEAST though – it’s worth the price twice over for how much food it is. Our only complaint is because of this, the sandwich is extremely difficult to eat in the moment.
All in all, we can highly recommend AJ’s – great 4 star solid food but 5 star service and drink prices/food prices.
