Didn’t try the food (not hungry) but the place and restrooms were clean. Phone and electronic chargers near ever bar seat. Staff was friendly. Pool tables were $ per hour. Large outdoor deck and 2nd bar area. Karaoke and other events on certain nights. I can see this place really jumping and available for large groups. Very clean, and clean smell. I was very delighted with my experience as I was staying at the Hilton a few hundred feet away walking distance. Keep up the cleanliness, friendliness, and you’ll never go wrong. -From Texas.

My recent visit to AJ’S was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of several menu items, which was disappointing and limited our choices significantly. It was frustrating to navigate a menu with so many unavailable options.
However, our server, Shyann, was an absolute superstar! Despite being the only server running the floor, she handled everything with incredible grace, professionalism, and a warm smile. Shyann’s attentiveness and positive attitude truly saved the evening, making the experience enjoyable despite the shortages. She checked in regularly, and handled every challenge with grace. Her incredible effort deserves all the recognition! She deserves all the praise for her hard work and amazing service! I hope the restaurant addresses their inventory issues, as Shyann’s efforts deserve a fully stocked kitchen to shine even brighter.

Great sports bar! Staff were friendly, engaging, and attentive. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and good. Lots of televisions for viewing sports games, pool tables available, and spacious outdoor patio.

Wow Wee, we enjoyed this place all around, great service and great food… it is located across from Fudruckers in Anderson off Clemson Blvd…the Brisket and Mac&Cheese Egg Roll totally suggest!!! Great flavor … we had the Chef Salad and two people can share this, it is that BIG!!! TV’s all around establishment…. open Bar to sit at, and tables… there are pool tables, Darts, and corn hole available to play most everyday just ask abt it… there is a GIANT screen TV center back Wall!!! All can see for sure … they accommodate large groups , call ahead or ask server to setup time and date , they are so kind here and really make a customer feel special…

This hole-in-the-wall is pretty amazing, a hidden gem. We are staying at the Hilton behind this spot and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! All we knew was that it was a bar. I spotted “billiards” on the window and was elated! Friendly greeted as soon as we walked in. I asked about the pool tables and found out they’re free on Tuesday! It was just meant to be. Ashley gave us a set of pool balls and a couple of menus. We ordered the chicken Philly cheesesteak and meatloaf sandwich. Both were very delicious! I did wish the meatloaf only came with one slice instead of 2 because it was too much for me, but it was delicious with a different topping of bacon jam. The sweet potato and regular fries are very delicious, as well! Absolutely recommend the beer cheese (I dipped my fries in them lol), they are a bit spicy, though, forewarning. I do have a slight suggestion, though, for the menu, it would be nice to know which dishes may be spicy ahead of time. My guy had a slight heart and gastro issue and can’t handle too much spice. He still ate it, but I had to make sure he controlled his much he ate haha.
There are 4 pool tables, Tuesday is free pool and trivia night, they have corn hole outside, what else do you want?? Amazing spot, be sure to check it out!

We want the AJ’s for a co-worker’s retirement party. The waitress was spot on. She made sure everybody had what they needed and was quick about it. When food was ordered, it was out quickly. Best restaurant service I’ve had in a while. A big shout out to the lady that waited on the Michelin party on Thursday August 24th.
As for the food… I thought the Fried Pickles were a miss. They were lacking in some way. The rest of the starters we tried were awesome.
I ordered the Reuben Sandwich, and it was terrific.

didn’t eat, but the atmosphere was amazing! me and a couple of my buddies came in and shot some pool. we had Shyann as our server, she was outstanding! everything you could want in a server. i run a restaurant not far from AJ’s and let me tell you her personality and smile could get AJ’s very far! i may try to come steal her and bring her to my restaurant so y’all better treat her right! we will definetely be back, but only if we can have her again! she deserves to be the face of that place!

I visited AJ’s and ordered the cheeseburger plate—it was great! The food came out hot and tasty, and I never had to wait for a drink refill. Our waitress was really attentive and made the experience enjoyable. The overall theme and scenery of the restaurant were a nice touch and definitely added to the vibe. The only downside was that some of the younger waitstaff were pretty loud and obnoxious, which took away from the atmosphere a bit. Still, I liked the spot and would probably go again—just hope for a little more professionalism next time.

One of those places that I only need to go once. The brisket was just ok, pimento cheese on pulled pork, no thanks, Coke slaw that tasted like only a jar of mayonnaise was used to make it and an old fashioned that no one clearly knew how to make. I gave it a 3 because at least the staff was friendly and the waitress tried.
