If you’re anywhere near Edna, passing through town, or spending the day at the Fairgrounds, this is the place you have to stop at. The burgers are absolutely incredible — fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor every single time. The food is just GOOD in that classic, hometown way that’s hard to find anymore.
The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, and the whole spot has that authentic Texas charm that makes you want to stay awhile. Trust me… once you try it, you’ll be planning your next visit before you’ve even finished your meal.

We got the Philly cheese steak. Great sandwich, I would have liked to have provolone cheese instead of white American, still a great sandwich. The girl at the counter was courteous and knew the food there. A perfect little hid a way spot for a bite to eat. My wife and I both enjoyed the food. We will go back for more. God bless these people and I f you’re in the area stop a grab a bite to eat, we’ll worth the money. Less that $23.00 for two meals, sandwich, tater tots, and drink. Good value these days.

This place is a hidden Gem,that is tucked away in an old gas station, the food was absolutely delicious!! The homemade chili is a must try!! The philly was not listed on the menu but suggested to us and it did not disappoint.. oozing of cheese and oh so yummy! My husband and parents had the bacon cheese burgers which were juicy and made to perfection. We definitely will be back to visit in the near future. If your lucky you might get to hear some beautiful music belting from the voices of locals while having lunch.

It’s thanksgiving and since 3 out of 4 of my kids are away from home right now, I didn’t make thanksgiving dinner since it’s just 3 of us and so we ordered some food from here and didn’t realize they were closed. They opened up to give us our food and also included some thanksgiving food for free in with it. It absolutely made my day. I can’t thank AJs enough for that. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was a little upset with myself for not making any thanksgiving food for my 10 year old son and this helped so much.

If you are looking for a great burger while in Edna AJ’s is the place! We were in from Houston and the people where friendly and the food was great! Try the Burger and the chicken wrap, you will not be disappointed! Staff was wonderful and the patrons were very friendly.

I was on a trip from Corpus Christi, Texas to Houston. The breaded chicken sandwich was nice and tasty. The fries were very good but I will stop short of the tastiest I have ever eaten. The mens restroom need a little work but weren’t bad.
I liked the food also because it was not greasy. Big plus++.
