Food was amazing, I felt like salmon was melting in my mouth. All ingredients were very fresh!
The only thing I didn’t like was the spicy sauce and spicy versions of rolls, that could be improved.
They served first dishes within 10 minutes, every round was fast and delicious.
Interior and atmosphere were fantastic!
In the big hall they had this fantastic fountain with stones, very peaceful.
Also icecream was very tasty. I would definitely recommend it!

Really friendly staff. They helped us find a table even though we had no reservation. The place is so modern, the interior design is so cool. We loved their all you can eat sushi menu, everything came so quick and was so delicious. Desserts were included and we loved the matcha ice cream.

During our stay in Florence the kids wanted a break from the delicious regional cuisine. We found Aji Tei and they were thrilled. Everything was fresh and delicious. The crowd was mainly local leaning toward younger and hip with some older wanna-stay-hip folk as well. The restaurant is beautifully designed and maintained. Had a great evening there.
