This was my first time trying this restaurant for take-out sushi. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. I ordered two different rolls to sample, but to my surprise, they looked and tasted almost identical. Overall, it was just okay.

We were given a salad qhead of ou meal. It was fresh and refreshing. The beef pho was good! It had a great flavor and really didn’t need much added. The pho automatically comes with meatballs. The shrimp and crab roll was delicious and fresh. The taro boba was good, but the strawberry was not.

Pretty plates! We like the Poke bowl and the Bento. The kids menu lo mein is also a good portion, and way exceeded my expectations.
They’ve put effort into the interior decor, and for what they started from it feels homey and casual. Inside seemed well cleaned and was cool, but not freezing like some restaurants that are going for high turnover, so it is a comfy place to linger. Restrooms are clean.

This is our favorite Japanese restaurant. The menu is diverse. The servers are attentive and take care of us. There is never a long wait for the food to arrive. You can pay on your phone using the QR code on the receipt, which was awesome that time when I forgot my wallet at work.

Don’t let the humble exterior/interior fool you; you’ll have a 5 star dining experience. The sushi was fresh and delicious and the basil fried rice was packed with flavor. The pad thai was a bit sweet for my liking but tasty. You’ll have the option of levels 1-3 for spiciness. Level 1 was mild and level 2 had a little kick. Our server was welcoming, courteous, and attentive. We’ll definitely treat ourselves here again when we return to Louisville.
