We went as a family and really enjoyed it. Service was promt and friendly, not much of a wait at all.
Atmosphere had a nice vibe to it and besides the teenager a few tables over dropping F-bombs every few minutes it was a great. I can’t fault the restaurant for the teen, so not docking points for that.
Food was up there with top spots I have eaten sushi. We eat a lot of sushi, both low cost from grocery store to higher end restaurants so we know our sushi.
I ordered a Green Tea and Ginger Salad to start, the ginger dressing was great. Then as a family we ordered the following rolls.
– Rock N Roll
– King of the Ocean
– Godzilla Roll
– Black Dragon Roll
– Volcano Roll
– Sweetheart Roll

All the food came fairly quickly and was really good. We will be back, maybe for the all you can eat.

Our family visited this sushi spot, and wow! It was absolutely amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve been blown away by the food, ambiance, cleanliness and service. Would give it more stars if I could.

Also, special call out to Elaine for taking so much care of us! So glad we went with the all you can eat option. I hope this doesn’t change!

Great sushi. Great prices. They have an excellent happy hour menu. This place is not pretentious and you’re gonna have a good meal. We did not do buffet, but maybe next time!

Sushi selection is big, multiple choices at good prices. The place was quiet and comfortable.
The staff was helpful and patient, and the service was quick. The place was also not crowded which was nice.

I was hoping for a 70% or even 80% satisfaction level from my first time here but it was easily 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. The restaurant is beautiful, it’s got plenty of room for a mid size restaurant, and it was very clean. The tea was very good, not bitter at all, and the food… oh my gosh the food. 4 different rolls (Caterpillar, Rock N Roll, King of the Ocean, and Tiger) were all phenomenal. The rice was well seasoned, the tempura was cooked perfectly, the eel sauce was just right, not too heavy, and the tuna was so incredibly fresh. I cannot recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back! The server and host were also so sweet.

Aji Sushi was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were super patient and made sure our order was right by asking a few times just to double check. You could tell they really cared.

Everything we ordered was delicious and honestly, the sushi was so beautifully made it was hard to eat at first. But after a quick photo, it disappeared in seconds.

The place is clean, cozy, and decorated in a fun way that makes you want to look around. The seating was comfy too, which made it easy to relax and enjoy.

Our group had been excited for this place to open and it didn’t disappoint. I’d definitely recommend it whether you’re celebrating something or just grabbing a meal. The staff and chef were kind and thoughtful and that kind of energy makes the whole visit feel special.

Since they’re a new restaurant, please be patient and kind with them as they settle in.

P.S. Aji Sushi, can you make a side of super spicy sauce? Even spicier than the one you have now!

My husband and I have been to Aji Sushi twice now, and it’s quickly becoming one of our new favorite spots! The sushi is fresh and beautifully prepared, and the hibachi is delicious with generous portions. Everything we’ve tried so far has been great. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back again often!

The food was so good and the service was amazing! Benny was our waiter and he was seriously the best, super friendly, funny and really attentive even though we had a big group. Everyone loved their food. The hibachi was delicious and the sushi was really fresh. Definitely recommend getting the all you can eat. We’ve came a few times and will always come back!

Our waitress was super accommodating and sweet! It was very busy, and the food was coming out fairly quick considering. My only complaint was the fried appetizers were way too oily and too much batter. Otherwise the sushi was delicious!

As someone who owns and operates a restaurant myself, I try to be understanding when dining out. I know firsthand that things can get busy, and I always give grace where it’s warranted. Unfortunately, our Valentine’s dinner experience here was disappointing across the board.

The restaurant was busy, but not slammed, roughly three quarters full, and it did not appear they were short-staffed.
There were multiple servers and at least four chefs visible behind the sushi bar.
We were seated and waited about five minutes before being greeted, which was acceptable. I asked for lemon in my water and never received it, which was minor and not a big deal. The larger issue was the timing and food quality.
After placing our order, it took approximately 45 minutes to receive just a few sushi rolls. During that time, I went to the restroom three times and observed multiple tables who were seated after us receive their food before we did. That was frustrating, especially given the staffing levels.

When the sushi finally arrived, the fish did not taste fresh…not even close. I eat sushi regularly and consider myself pretty experienced with it. Freshness is everything in sushi, and this simply missed the mark. Additionally, we were not served ginger with our sushi, which in over 100 sushi outings I’ve ALMOST never experienced. Ginger is a staple accompaniment. I would have requested some, but no one checked on us until after we had already finished eating.

Overall, the service lacked attentiveness, the timing was inconsistent, and the food quality did not justify the wait. I genuinely hope this was just an off night, but for a busy Valentine’s evening, the fundamentals, timing, freshness, and table touch really matter.

I don’t leave reviews lightly, but I believe constructive feedback is important. I hope management takes this seriously and tightens up both kitchen flow and service standards…
