This place is a hole in the wall. However, they have a great staff and really good food! Their fresh juices are worth trying!

I had to go back a second time for the delicious Peruvian tamales they were so flavorful and tasted much like home even though I’ve never been to Peru. I loved their house made green sauce with the empanadas and the chicken tamales! I’d highly recommend if you’re in the area visiting. The service is also so friendly and great the family that owns the business are kind!!

The food here is so good. I had El Machu Picchu (a sandwich) and a pupusa. My wife enjoyed her Arroz Chaufa. Everything was delicious, and the Aji sauce is a spicy delicacy. The friendly man who took our order was a joy to talk with. Highly recommend!

I’ve never really had Peruvian food before, but this place was good. Amazing service as well. I took my family here and we had a great experience.

My dad got the Aji de Gallina, my mom got El Miraflores, and I ordered a Pupusa. I also shared with my mom, and her entree was very delicious. The cooked veggies tasted fresh and flavorful. Portion size was large too. Also the green sauce was outstanding. It was slightly spicy and pleasantly creamy. It paired well with my pupusa. My pupusa was pretty tasty, I’ll have to come back and get one with beans.

The owner was so sweet and accommodating. He came to our table and talked with us for a little bit, getting to know me and my family. Overall, service and food were great. The interior is pretty simple and small, but this place is worth stopping by.

We ordered take out and talk about authentic food!! WOW!! we were very pleased with everything we ordered from the beef heart to the tofu salad, the 3 meat combo was great also to try such a variety of popular meats… Friendly service and the food was hot and fresh… If you want to trying something crazy and new try the heart, it was cooked and seasoned absolutely perfect!!!

We ordered the rotisserie chicken and its a 10/10, seasoned perfectly, juicy and large portions the aji sauce with it just sets it off! The service and atmosphere is just as amazing worth the 30 minute drive!

Collegedale, TN. I lived in the Miami area for 11 years and have a friend from Peru who loves being Peruvian. She took me to a couple swanky Peruvian restaurants so maybe my standards are too high. More importantly, she cooked for me herself. I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t like the kale quinoa salad I had here. I couldn’t see any quinoa, portion was small, with tip I paid $15+ and the flavor was tart lime. My Peruvian friend is a great cook (papa a la huancaina are her specialty) and she’d have added salt and maybe cilantro to my salad. Well, she’d have told me to get the lomo saltado but I’m on a diet.

So try the meat dishes but weigh your options if you’re thinking about the kale quinoa salad.

Also, dining room is tiny, service is great, there was a little boy behind the counter whose mom was taking orders, working the front tables, and doing the cleanup.

Excellent place to stop for authentic Peruvian food. We ended up trying two of the empanadas and one of the chicken and rice dishes. Everything had a great flavor and the Aji sauce they have is absolutely delicious with a great blend of flavor and spice.

So much more than a meal, our visit here was an experience.

The service was fantastic from start to finish, and every part of the meal was delicious. We discovered so many new things in this one meal, and it sparked so much excitement at finding a whole new type of cuisine.

We’ll definitely remember this place as our first exposure to a whole new world of food, and anytime we are remotely near Aji, we’ll make the time to stop by.
