We celebrated my birthday at Aji Limo Peruvian Cuisine, and it was the perfect place to start a new year of life.
The restaurant is beautiful, warm, and inviting. The atmosphere feels special without trying too hard. The service was excellent. Attentive, kind, and professional from beginning to end.
Now the food.
Incredible. Truly delicious.
The octopus deserves special recognition. Perfectly prepared, tender, beautifully charred, and full of flavor. Octopus is not easy to master, and it is difficult to find one prepared this well. My respect to the chef. He absolutely knows what he is doing.
Every dish we ordered was generous and packed with authentic Peruvian flavor. You can taste the experience and confidence in the kitchen.
And the sangria. Outstanding. Fresh, perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and strong enough to remind you it is doing its job. Served beautifully and perfect for sharing. It made the celebration even better.
It was my first time at Aji Limo, and I am already planning to go back.
Great food. Excellent service. Beautiful atmosphere. A birthday well celebrated.

My husband and I came here for dinner. We had an appetizer dish that was plantains topped with a medley of sauteed veggies with shrimp and then the lomo saltado with the pasta and another dish that we were told was very popular, a seafood medley dish mixed with rice. We were beyond impressed, the food was delicious. The appetizer was so filling and tasteful. The main entrees were so delicious that the next day we told our family about it that we went again for lunch and they too loved it. Service was great and the place isn’t too loud and very clean. I highly recommend anyone to try it if you are in this neighborhood. If I come back to Tampa again, I will definitely come again.

We went with native Peruvians. They and we felt it was some of the best Peruvian food we’ve found in Florida. It was so good and portion sizes were “bien taipa” (really big). Highly recommend the lomo saltado and the anticuchos. Flavors were of the chart. The service was really great and super friendly. The prices were a little more than what we’re used to but you’re getting a better product making the price fair. Definitely a place we’ll return to.

Also, looks like a great happy hour menu. Super clean bathroom which really speaks to the owner & their team and how well they want this restaurant to run.

Went for a friend’s birthday and was pleasantly surprised by this place! The food was absolutely delicious!
They have a lunch from 11-3 then happy hour from 4-6. We grabbed lunch right in between that time but still was happy I got to experience the place.
Our server was nice. He also made the drinks that my friends ordered and we were surprised at the portion sizes for their margaritas. Would definitely love to come back during happy hour.
The spot was pricier than my usual Peruvian restaurant I’ve gone to. However, once I tasted the dishes, I could see why. The flavor is tremendous!
Lomo saltado is my go to dish as well as the ceviche mixto. It was interesting to see how another restaurant does their dishes. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their food.
They had the cute photo spot that also had a tripod with a light for phones. The restaurant itself was well lit, with a huge bar and plenty of seating.

Had a great meal at Aji Limo. It had a really nice atmosphere and the people were friendly. Got the fried rice and it was some of the best I’ve had. We also got the lomo saltado and the steak was so tender. If you want to try some great food in a nice place, check place out.

One of the best places to experience authentic Peruvian cuisine! The customer service is outstanding, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients, and you can taste it in every bite. Even the calamari stand out for their freshness, unlike other places that use processed or frozen seafood. I always order their Arroz con Mariscos or Chupe de Camarones, both are absolutely exquisite. The Ceviche Mixto is an explosion of flavors, simply unforgettable. This time I tried their famous Tallarin Verde, and the pesto sauce was unbeatable. I’ve visited many times, and they never disappoint!
