Authentic and delicious food!! The flatbread was the fan favorite. You can tell the place and food is taken care of with love, pride and kindness. We enjoyed our conversation with the owner and they were so generous with explaining the options and creativity behind the food. There are a few tables for dine in with a cozy ambiance. We hope this place becomes a staple for the community!

We enjoyed a delicious early lunch from Ajeen Bakery. The service was very friendly and helpful; they explained the dishes and took the time to help us with our choices. My friend and I shared 3 mana’eesh, the spinach, the zaatar, and the lahm bi ajeen (spiced ground beef and lamb). The spinach one was not my favorite (too much pickled onions for my taste) but my friend quite enjoyed it. We both liked the zaatar mana’eesh, but our favorite was the tasty lahm bi ajeen. The lunch was reasonably priced: less than $30 for the 3 mana’eesh plus two desserts.
Edit: the owner kindly informed me that the 3 or 4 small tables with chairs were for customers awaiting their orders and not meant for dining. They cannot have a dining area because there’s no customer restroom.

A very nice new bakery. We tried Zaatar Mana’esh and cheese mana’esh were so delicious and good. Very similar to the one we have in the Middle East. Nice concept and very simple. They have also small shopping area on the side middle eastern products. Like cheese yogurt and hummus. Definitely won’t be last time will visit it again to try different items from the menu.

Absolutely great and affordable middle eastern spot in Eagan. The meat flat bread is our favorite, and the hummus is the best hummus we’ve ever had. Mint drink and baklava were great. Super excited to have this in Eagan.

Went here late, about 30 minutes before closing, and the owner and his staff were so accommodating and the food was so fresh even though it was close to closing time. Closest you can get in the US to the middle eastern flatbreads (mana’eesh) in the Levant. The lahma b ajeen (flatbread with meat on top) was especially good, so good that we had to order another 2 of them. The owner was very nice, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were excellent. Will definitely be back

Highly recommend you try one of every baked good they make. The potato and meat one are fire.
The hummus is authentic, soft and good.
The pita bread they have here is better then cub or any other locally.

Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Full of flavor. Would definitely go again. Hummus has great flavor. Not watery or runny, perfect texture.

Absolutely love this place! My family is Lebanese and we have been waiting for a good manaeesh place to show up in the twin cities! Their bread is delicious, the staff is incredibly kind, and the overall taste and quality of the items are authentic! If you are looking for good middle eastern manaeesh, this place has you covered. Bonus points for being on doordash and uber! Thank you for coming to the southern suburbs!!

Stopped in to try a few things for breakfast. It smelled amazing inside…aromatic. Food was delicious and so different (in the best way possible) from what we’re used to for breakfast. Light & healthy feeling, but still satisfying. Best hummus I’ve ever had, don’t think I can ever eat hummus from the grocery store again. The owner and staff were so friendly and took their time to explain things, and loved sharing things about their culture. Owner is a very lovely gentleman. We will be back!
