Food is VEGAN options available. So far I’ve had the Bangkok express salad and the spicy Thai peanut wrap. Very fresh and flavorful meals. I will be a regular here. Parking is kind of rough but it’s in the heart of Hartford. Highly recommend ❤️

Updated. In addition to my burrito review below, I must say I really enjoyed their double cheeseburger from their newest resto “Next Door Burger” also inside Hartford’s State House Square. It was juicy, and you can add all the toppings you want. I highly recommend you try it, especially with their next level NDB sauce! 5 stars!

This was AWESOME! I was wondering why everyone was in line here! The owners are so very nice. Everything is fresh . I had wonderful avocado toast w lemon ..was sos ssos good!I would highly recommend coming here ! If your anywhere close by this is so worth stopping in!

Ajamo is a solid lunch spot in Hartford. I long for the days when the food court was packed with options, and I’m happy to see this place is one of the great food stands that are still going strong at the State House. They serve very fresh salads at generous proportions and have good sandwiches as well. The only critique I’d have is that their lettuce/kale, roasted chicken, and other ingredients are in large chunks and they don’t provide a knife to cut it in smaller pieces. Their flavors are great, but it would be great to have a grilled chicken option in addition to the roasted.

Great Salads, Reasonably priced. The owners are sweet and personable. I’m always greeted with a smile, and they are very welcoming. Salads are a good option to the downtown area but it is the customer service that keeps me coming back!
