Nice ambiance. Went before dinner time during a weekday so it was not busy. Hostess was kind and sat us promptly. The service after that was a different story. We waited about 30 min for them to take our order, then when she did, Christine went print out the daily specials and didn’t return for a long while. During the meal she asked if we wanted more drinks, and we said yes and she left before we could tell her. Spent $170 for a party of 3. Ordered desserts to go and they came in a torn bag.

It gets 5 stars for the service, welcoming atmosphere and arguably the most consistent best pulled shots of espresso (not pictured)—superb crema every time. This neighborhood restaurant has a coffee bar, full service bar, main dining, private dining and patio (with umbrellas in open air and another area with awnings & drop-down walls and modern heaters). No matter where you sit, type of service, they got you. Staff is A+ always.

Delightful! First time in for us, it’s a wonderfully authentic French bistro. I got the salmon pasta, my wife had a savory crepe for lunch. Mina was our server, both her service and the food was great! We will definitely be back!!

There was no wait when my group of four arrived. I ordered coffee and it arrived warmish and wasn’t offered a refill. The food arrived hot for my companions, and my salad tasted fresh and crisp. The shrimp was seasoned just right for me. One of four cleaned his plate, mentioning his fried liver was tender. The place is clean. The server never asked if our drinks needed to be refilled or if we were interested or needed anything. She did just enough for just good service. Overall, this is a solid 4 star rating.

We love Aixois foe their menu and their food is always 5 star. Recently they have had a shortage of staff which makes getting your order in a little longer than it used to. But it’s definitely a hometown favorite for a Saturday morning after market patio brunch.
