Coffee’n’donuts
This is my first visit to this bakery, and it was an amazing one!
I’ve never been to a bakery where they make South Indian snacks fresh and package them. They are usually imported and sitting on store shelves….unless I bring it back myself from India.
They had pretty much all the amazing snack we usually bring back from India:
-Neyyappam
-Unniappam
-Achappam
-Kozhalappam (sweet & savory)
-Plantain chips (different variety)
There were many more, but these were in my tunnel vision. I wanted to buy a bunch to bring back with me, but I knew I wouldn’t have room in my suitcase.
The one thing the owner pointed out is that they fry everything and throw out the oil, never reuse. I appreciate that they don’t reuse oil after frying, otherwise everything would have an awful aftertaste.
I believe they ship to other locations. Unfortunately, I was too caught up in eyeing all the goodies, I didn’t ask for the price or distance.
The shop itself was a standalone with parking around the building.
Would I return? YES …and leave with a bunch of snacks!

Aishwarya bakery is a hidden gem that brings the authentic taste of Kerala right to your doorstep. Their freshly made snacks are simply unbeatable, taking me back to the flavors of home. The banana chips, achappam, and plum cake are absolutely delicious and makes me nostalgic with every bite. It’s rare to find such genuine, homestyle treats this far from Kerala. This charming little bakery has quickly become a family favorite!

Great owner and son. Helped me with packing and selecting the snacks and has varieties of Kerala snacks as well. The son was very helpful and kind in assisting me to put the snacks in the car because it was raining. I got 3 sets of each snack and very affordable too. I recommend anyone and everyone who visits Houston to visit this store if you do not have Kerala snacks in your town. I flew in from from Atl.

Foods looks great but it’s totally unhealthy because most of the snacks are prepared using canola oil which is highly processed and may can cause cancer in future. Unexpectedly I bought some of the snacks from the nearest store and found they are making us unhealthy.Make profit by selling good products not harmful.
