This location is a lot of fun. Simple beverages; nothing special, but the clientele is steady. Not a group of children. Additionally conveniently close to a number of restaurants that deliver. Tabby and Miss Kay, the bartenders, are observant and keep everything tidy. No waiting around for service. good varieties of booze and take-out beer.

Formerly known as Rayhill Tavern, Airy Street Tavern has wonderful new owners and a terrific assortment of extremely affordable beers. Make sure you look after Kay’s barman by ordering from the wide variety of delicious pub meals. What I enjoy about the location is that there is no smoking inside, which is fantastic since you won’t have to return home smelling like cigarettes. The staff is also really polite, and there is no drama here.

This place is really fun. Just basic drinks, nothing fancy, but the crowd is consistent. Not a bunch of youngsters. Also conveniently located close to several restaurants that deliver. The barmaids, Tabby and Miss Kay keep everything clean and are attentive. No long waits for service. Good liquor selections, as well as take out beers.

Airy Tavern opens early for the local drunks. It’s a great place to watch The Price is Right and enjoy a beer. DON’T EXPECT FOOD! For the people who remember when this used to be Rahill’s, smoking is outside and drugs don’t run rampant here now. As an added bonus, they have some craft beers available (to go as well).
