Honestly, William earned these five stars! He was awesome, friendly, great service, just a pleasant person to interact with.
The food and atmosphere were OK but William sent it over the top.
I spent an entire week in Ketchikan and NEVER experienced the service and attitude he shared with every patron.

Maggie and Willie are great, guy tonight didn’t want to be bothered with service. Three tables in the entire place, I waited about 12 minutes and left. He didn’t check on any of them while I was there.

Great little bar to hangout and kill time on a layover in the Ketchikan airport….it’s the only bar in the Ketchikan airport. The beer was cold and they had a pretty good selection. The food was ok. The views were pretty amazing!

If you need to get a bite at the airport in Ketchikan, this is the only option. It is located airside near the gates. It is more of a snack bar, not a full-service restaurant. There is also a bar next door if you prefer a sit-down experience. Food offerings are limited to basic items, including sandwiches, soups, wraps and flatbread pizzas. Ordered a flatbread pizza here, which was fine given the locale and circumstances. It was not too expensive either, which is a concern when traveling in Alaska. Overall, it is an alright option if you are just looking to feed your appetite.

It’s difficult to rate. Food is great and service is great. But I ordered a sausage egg breakfast sandwich. I sat down and unwrapped it to find that it had cheese. I took it back and asked for sausage and egg only. No problem. But the lady who took it back re wrapped it and gave it to another customer. This is highly unacceptable. I couldn’t tell who got it or I would have said something to them.

Writing under pseudonym, but its a great place to stop for being the only option there, workers were very friendly. I did find out the owners take the card tips out of the workers paychecks though, so I would recommend if you tip, to only use cash. Was very upset when I heard about this and thus why I gave 2 stars. Very sad!

Came in a half-hour before boarding started and ordered clam chowder in a bread bowl. 25 minutes later the waitress came to check on me and asked if I was just hanging out. I reminded her I had placed an order 25 minutes prior. She was apologetic but my plane boarded five minutes later so I went without food. Very frustrating.
