This lounge is looks very upscale and has a good selection of food. The staff was nice and made sure the area were neat. My only complaint was the miscommunications between staff. The front desk told us the bar would open at 11am but then the staff inside said the entire lounge closed at 11am. So we didn’t get to try out their drink selections.
But overall good stay I would definitely come back.

I spent a couple of hours here after a series of delayed flights. The lounge itself is clean and comfortable, the food and drink options are limited compared to larger lounges but pretty tasty. The manager/bartender Andrea is an absolute delight and worth the visit alone, as was everyone else I interacted with!

It took almost 20 minutes to get in due to a long queue and only one staff member handling enrollment. The lounge interior is not bad — comfortable seating and a clean setup. However, the food choices were quite limited and not very exciting. The staff also seemed to be in a rush for everything, which made me feel as average experience.

This is a very poor lounge which reflects badly on Air France’s reputation. The food selection was a joke, just as the food quality (come on (Air) France, where’s your national culinary pride?).
Service was basically non-existent. The receptionist exuded an incompetence as if we were her first guests ever (and as if she had never dealt with a computer before). The bar was staffed only for a short time, the restrooms were filthy.
I understand the lounge has recently been refurbished, and compared to the pictures from the past this must have been a huge step up design-wise. However, the lighting is much too bright to give this place the elegant atmosphere its creators might have envisioned. Instead, it feels like a dentist’s office, but then one with bad food.
Do yourself a favor and visit the nearby Delta SkyClub instead, it is just so much better.

I recently visited the Air France lounge for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
First, the lounge itself is extremely small and cramped. There’s barely enough room to move around comfortably, and it feels overcrowded very quickly — especially during dinner hours. It’s not the relaxing airport lounge atmosphere you would expect — instead, it feels tight, noisy, and poorly laid out.
The bathrooms were another major issue. They smelled strongly like dirty mop water, almost as if they had been cleaned without actually being properly sanitized. The odor was noticeable and unpleasant, which really takes away from any sense of comfort.
As for the dinner options, they were very limited, and nothing looked fresh. The food tasted like it had been microwaved — rubbery texture, uneven temperature, and bland flavor. It definitely didn’t taste freshly prepared. For a lounge that presents itself as premium, the quality simply does not match expectations.
Overall, between the cramped space, unpleasant bathroom conditions, limited dinner menu, and low-quality microwaved-tasting food, this was not a lounge experience I would recommend. If you have the option, go to the Delta Club instead — it’s much better in terms of space, cleanliness, and food quality.

The newly expanded Air France lounge is bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the tarmac. There’s a good selection of food items, a coffee machine, orange juice, and prosecco available as self-serve options in the morning. A full-service bar opens in the afternoon.

The new seating and look is amazing. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. While the staff are friendly and inviting the food needs improvement. Lobster bisque…you think. No thanks very fishy in taste. The other options are not desirable. Dessert pastries that France is none for…you get pudding. Do yourself pa favor, if your flying business skip this lounge and go to the Delta sky club

I visited in the morning using my Priority Pass. While the breakfast and drink options were somewhat limited, everything was high quality and tasted good. Food and drinks are served buffet-style. The staff provided excellent service. There were plenty of comfortable places to relax before my flight, and seating was abundant. The lounge also had a nice, modern design aesthetic.

You can access this lounge in the international terminal even if you’re traveling domestic! We had a 4-hour domestic layover at ORD and visited this lounge via Priority Pass. We exited domestic security, took the train, then walked to terminal 5, towards gate M17. We arrived right at 5pm, and waited for maybe 30 minutes before being admitted. It was worth the wait! The food was delicious, the bar is beautiful, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is attentive. 10/10 would recommend stopping in! It took less than 30 minutes to make it back through security to get to our connection.

Unlike many airport lounges these days, at least the Air France lounge had plenty of seating available and was nice and quiet. The food options seemed a bit limited, but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax before your flight, this could be the ticket.
