I got the (turkey, brie, and cranberry) sandwich and it was great. If you’re not super hungry it’s a great size to split since it comes with two little sandwiches. They bake the bread in house, and it tasted nice and fresh.

I also tried the crack coffee! It had a little spice to it which was amazing. However, if you don’t like too sweet I’d recommend half sweet. I don’t like too sweet and forgot to ask for half sweet and found it a bit too sweet.

The pastries are all amazing too! A lot of them sell out so it’s best to come here early.

I’ve tried lots and lots of top bakeries in Toronto, and I’ve found it’s pretty difficult to find bakeries in Florida that compare (the Florida ones don’t usually bake in house and tend to use a bunch of artificial ingredients). This was an exception and I’d definitely come back!!! They bake in house and you can tell the quality is great

Stopped by AIOLI in West Palm Beach and it did not disappoint. The food is consistently good. The space has a cozy, modern café vibe that makes it a great spot to relax or catch up with someone.
We tried the pistachio croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced with a rich pistachio filling that wasn’t overly sweet. The dark chocolate latte was smooth and indulgent, with a deep chocolate flavor that paired really well with the pastry. We also had the bread pudding, which was great.
Everything tasted thoughtfully made with quality ingredients. Service was friendly, and the overall experience felt welcoming. A great spot if you’re looking for excellent pastries, coffee, and desserts in the area.

Best bread in the world. Truly the most amazing, and hospitable staff. 10/10 consistency. Been coming here for years. Saturdays pop off with specialty donuts and burritos. Get here early, pastries begin to sell out around on 8:30 am, especially on Saturdays.

This place was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible we were impressed with every bite. The sandwiches a the pastries were all great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
While the location was very busy the staff did not rush you and people cleared out fast enough to be able to find a table to sit and enjoy our food.

aioli is a staple for West Palm Beach! My family loves their sandwiches, and for good reason. We got the tuna as well as turkey avocado club. The bread is truly phenomenal – soft, chewy crust, everything you want for a sandwich. Meat and toppings are fresh.

Haven’t tried any of their pastries yet but look forward to in the future. The staff were friendly and plenty of outside seating. Always busy.

I’ve visited Aioli twice and both times, the food was delicious. I’m a bigger fan of the pastries than their food items (I have a sweet tooth), but I enjoy the interesting combinations they come up with. This time, there was an issue with my order and the team took care of it very quickly. A team member even brought me a pastry of my choice to nibble on while I waited for them to remake my meal, which wasn’t necessary but super sweet. They have staples on the menu and daily specials. I was a little sad that they didn’t have matcha when I went this time, but the lemonade was pretty good. I also had an absolutely DELICIOUS pistachio croissant that was fullllll of pistachio cream. I’ve been dreaming about it. Definitely recommend this place. It’s small, so it gets quite busy, but it’s worth it

I recently visited this charming bakery and had the best cookies of my life! Not too sweet, not too dry, just melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

The service was exceptional, with staff who were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft.

To top it all off, the ambiance was elevated by fresh flowers on every table. This place is a gem, for sure

While scouting for a post-proposal debrief restaurant or bakery, my boyfriend (now Fiance <3) found this absolute gem of a bakery on the Michelin guide. Two weeks ago after our very early morning engagement by the beach, he took me here afterwards and as a notorious foodie, I was rendered absolutely speechless. Not only was I was still riding the engagement high but the baked goods from Aioli made our morning all that more memorable. Every bite was crisp, light, buttery and every pastry was unbelievably executed. We felt like kids at a candy store looking at the ample selection of breads and pastries behind the glass counter. We ended up agreeing on an English muffin, a ham & cheese croissant (Our #1 choice of the day!), a brown butter cinnamon roll (TO DIE FOR), an orange and herbal croissant ( stunning citrusy flavor!), an apple fritter and a spectacularly bright lemon cronut. We quite literally had a movie moment when we took that first bite of the ham and cheese croissant and our eyes just naturally closed in satisfaction. I can’t recommend this place enough. Ever since our first visit, we’ve been hooked! Without exaggeration, every time I leave the house my Fiance now asks if I’ll be around Aioli to grab something. We’ve returned two additional times and each and every time they never disappoint. We’ve made a tradition out of our engagement day and it’s been the best!

If you’re looking for the best breakfast gem in West Palm Beach, you need to pay attention.

From the moment you walk into Aioli, you’re greeted by the smell of freshly baked goodness. As soon as you step up to the counter, a friendly gentleman helps you choose, probably because everything looks so good that you need help deciding.

Once you sit down, you notice the little things: flowers on the tables, a clean atmosphere that never feels chaotic even when it gets busy. When your food is ready, it’s brought out on a neat little tray. Simple, thoughtful, and well done.

I might sound biased, but trust me, I’m not. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and I’m not a sweets guy. That said, the biscuit breakfast sandwich was absolute perfection. Who actually nails every part of a breakfast sandwich? These guys do. And the blueberry muffin? Hands down the best I’ve had. You just have to try it yourself. And yes, I’ll say it again, I’m not a sweets guy.

As for the prices, nothing crazy. In today’s economy, everything can feel a little steep, but here you’re paying for real quality. At that price point, it’s more than fair.

To my friends at Aioli thank you and i’ll see you soon.

A local shop that bakes on premises. Hubby & I stopped in for a cappuccino and a light treat. I got the almond croissant & hubby got the Orange pound cake. Absolutely amazing, so fresh and the had a wonderful flavor. Cappuccino was perfect, didn’t need anything added. I did take (1) star off because at 64, I thought the music was just a bit too loud which required the servers behind the counter to speak much louder and table conversation was much louder as well. One other noise I noticed was the metal chairs scraping on the cement floor was like fingernails scraping down a chalkboard. Other than the noise level, we would definitely go back again as we want to try one of their fresh baked breads. It looked like almost everyone was walking out with a loaf.
