Had to check this food truck out since I pass by it on the way to the office all the time. I normally don’t buy lunch at food trucks but I have this thing for trying Tom Yum soup at Thai restaurants and see how they differ.
So that’s what I went for. Tom Yum soup with chicken. (Comes w a side of rice or noodles).
The food truck was very busy. Lines of people waiting in a busy Downtown sidewalk. I waited as they called out the order numbers. One at a time sequentially. As stated on their sign, during this busy hour the wait was only 15 minutes. Yes I timed it.
The soup. It’s good. A big portion. Decent amount Of spiciness and heat. Perfect for a cold January work day. I would prefer a thicker broth if that makes sense. Big chunks of tomato,sliced chicken, carrot strands, mushroom, onion and cilantro amount others. Good for 12 dollars cash.
Service was friendly and good. Food truck style.
Atmosphere was busy sidewalk. No chairs or tables.

Got this food truck a few times earlier this year when I was feeling mad nostalgic for Thailand. Really solid food – pretty cool that they’ve seemed to expand from the foodtruck to multiple locations this year. They make the food pretty quickly, tho better to order online and pickup to avoid lines (esp in the cold).

better than most sit in places. Food is exceptional for being a cart only spot. Highly recommend.

Located off Hanover Square near near Wall Street area. This is a gem for anyone that loves Thai food. Definitely try it out and if you are short on time, just order ahead and do a pick up to avoid long lunch time lines.

Just started working down near Wall St and coworker recommends this cart. It was busy which is a good sign, right? $11 and 20 minutes later, I leave with my food wondering if it was worth the wait in that cold air. I got the massaman curry with tofu. It was really good! Totally worth it!

Totally recommend. The food is freshly prepared and really good , went on a windy rainy afternoon but still there was quite a crowd waiting for their food . Wait time approx 15 min . Closes at 4 pm.

The food truck was great. I was walking along 32 and 3rd Ave when I ran into the truck. I got the chicken basil rice and it was delicious and very flavorful. Next time though I would love if they can provide some napkins with the food

Happened upon this new food cart while out and glad I found it! Excellent flavor on the pad kee mao. Looking forward to trying the other options. I wish they would have cooked the tofu a bit more, but the flavors and the noodles were excellent.

Best food cart I’ve had in New York City! Thai food was absolutely excellent. On a nice day, you can grab a meal and sit at Queen Elizabeth September 11th park steps away from the food truck.

It looked good and i heard good things from here but my pinapple fried rice was totally flavorless. The ingredients seemed to be really good quality im hoping it was maybe just a bad day im willing to give them one more shot but until then my review stands.
