Last meal in Hot Springs before we headed back home and we were not disappointed. My sushi was amazing. Very fresh tuna and salmon, and plenty of it. I have never before had salmon, avocado, and mango, and it was delicious. The rest of the fam had hibachi and they enjoyed it as well. I stole some veggies off hubbie’s plate and they were great. And they have ginger sauce for the hibachi! The ginger sauce is the best. I will definitely remember this place the next time we come back to Hot Springs.

We come in quite often and are never disappointed! The food is excellent, always fresh and delicious! The service is almost always wonderful. We usually try to have Holly serve us. She is a total delight! She goes above and beyond to make sure our drinks stay full, that we get anything we need, and she just has a pleasant attitude. We were sad to find out our other favorite server, Brittney, is no longer there. The newest girl Cory seems lovely though. We’ve seen a couple bad reviews, and we promise they were probably new or just having a one off. We have never had bad service here. Please give them a second chance!! You won’t regret it!! Highly recommend!!

So I have been debating for two days on whether or not to post this, because this used to be my favorite restaurant. After Friday night though, I’m not sure if we will be back. We come in quite often for date night. Have for well over a year. We have seen so many employees come and go.There are a couple servers that have stuck around and we adore them. This new chick though, the one with hot pink and purple hair, she is the worst server we have ever had since coming there. I don’t know if she was on something, but it sure seemed like it. She kept disappearing and forgetting about us. To the point we had to ask the other two servers for drink refills, our food, and pretty much anything else we needed. We weren’t the only table either. It seemed to be a recurring thing with all of her tables that night. I walked to the bathroom at one point and she was standing in front of the computer swaying, playing with a pair of chopsticks. When I came back, she was still standing in front of the computer, playing with chopsticks. Instead of taking care of her customers. It’s sad to see that they’re hiring just anyone nowadays. Like I said, that was our go-to spot. It seems to be going down hill though and I think it will be a while before we return. Darn shame because the food is excellent. That just left a bad taste in our mouth though.

Loved the fried rice. Probably the best ginger salad dressing I’ve had. Sushi was stuffed with salmon, tuna and crab meat. Delicious, fairly priced, and very attentive service. 100% I will be back!

We came here for our 1 year anniversary while visiting Hot Springs and it did not disappoint. Our waitress Riley was top notch adorable! She was very attentive and even took pics for us when I asked her, she deserves a raise for how kind and sweet she was! Food was amazing!!! We had Hibachi steak and it was the best I’ve ever had!! Definitely will be back! Thanks for treating us so kindly on our anniversary ❤️

When I retired to Arkansas after living in DC, Atlanta, and Miami, I thought my days of fine sushi were over. BUT much to my excited surprise, the quality and cut of the fish at A1 is as good as any sushi anywhere. Really! The service was also excellent and friendly. I will be making the 85 mile round trip here as frequently as I can.

The sushi tonight was SO fresh. Like, ridiculously fresh. Every roll we got was super tasty, and even my husband (who usually just wants wings or a burger) was seriously into it. He’s already talking about going back for the tuna. I LOVE that AI has so many fresh options to choose from, and the tofu appetizer never disappoints.
Our waitress ton night was super attentive and awesome—she gave my kid crayons and something to color before we even sat down (bless them), and just made the whole vibe really easy and welcoming.
They also made sure my husband could watch the Razorback game while we ate, so win win.
We left full, happy, and already wanting to come back for more.

The food was good. The service was atrocious. Took forever to get drinks (we were sitting at the bar). Took about 30 minutes to take our food order. Another 30 minutes waiting for the food with a half full restaurant. Our food was done and our server took it to and set it down on another table. After about 30 seconds, they told her that it wasn’t their order. She picked it up and brought it over to us. I confronted her and her response was “oh, It wasn’t there that long” then walked away. The food will bring us back for a second chance but we will refuse to be served by the same server. She kept claiming “im new here”.

My server was horrible I saw her maybe twice my entire stay other waitresses had to serve me refilling my drink. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I’m baffled this woman still has a job with the amount of disrespect I received. If nova still works there I wouldn’t recommend letting her serve you.
