Absolutely loved this food truck! One of the best vegan/vegetarian spots I’ve found on Maui. The entire menu is packed with fresh, flavorful options, and you can tell everything is made with care. Every dish tasted vibrant and delicious — the kind of food that leaves you feeling great afterward.
They also have a nice little area to sit and enjoy your meal, which makes the whole experience even better. Friendly service, generous portions, and super tasty plant-based choices. A must-try if you’re in the area!

This is one of the spots your tastebuds are never gonna forget and will beg you to return any time you can! The food here is so so tasty and handmade with love and organic fresh ingredients and flavors! The people that work here put so much love to the food and it shows! Everything is 100% plantbased and anything even the lemonades that are made there taste amazing! Definitely CANNOT miss out on the chipa waffle!!!!! It is so so good and packed with a rainbow of flavors and the owners are amazing and put so much love to everything as well. The matcha is to DIE for as well! I went today after my 100th chipa of the year and of course it was amazing. Go check it out, you wont regret it

Both the Protein Focaccia and the Veggie Focaccia are delicious. The Maple Pecan smoothie is the best and highly recommended. I think we had that 3 times. This food truck should not be missed by anyone if you are in Maui.

Highly recommend this place for Vegan and Vegetarian options! Must try in Maui. All items are fresh and made to order. Friendly staff , tasty food and good outdoor seating options. We had a large group and it took a while to get all the food but it was worth the wait. Protein sandwich was the Best.

Ahonui Foods is truly one of my favorite spots on Maui. I usually go for the savory toast or the sweet toast (can’t go wrong with either), and if I’m feeling extra, I’ll grab a smoothie — the Mint Chip and the Island Mocha are my go-tos. Everything is fresh, thoughtful, and made with so much care.
But what really makes Ahonui special is Nacho and Victoria. They’re the kind of business owners who make every interaction feel genuine. Ive been meaning to stop by for awhile now since I’ve heard gr8 things. Had the protein focaccia. Fresh bread and veh, great sauces. Tofu center had nice sauce to it. Overall really yummy & enjoyable and quite filling. Definitely a bang for the buck imo on this island. Cute looking truck and the girls behind the counter provided lovely service. Next time I plan on trying the waffle and chonky monky which looked really good when i looked at the table next to me

I was blown away by Ahonui Foods today! My husband and I each tried the Protein Focaccia Sandwich (added avocado) and all I can say is WOW!! Hands down one of THE best plant-based sandwiches I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried a lot)! The homemade focaccia bread was incredible and was perfectly soft on the inside and had a crispy crunch on the top. If I lived in Maui I’d be a regular here! The gentlemen working were also very kind and welcoming! Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area!

Stepped off the plane in paradise and headed straight to Ahonui for the Focaccia sandwich! Amazing lattes and fresh baked dessert! The sandwich was incredible, texture taste freshness! Definitely try this food – SO GOOD! Great location, cute tables to eat and lovely people. Update: Went back again today – Tried the iced oat milk latte with date caramel – DELICIOUS.

The food truck felt quite overpriced for the quality and below average taste of the food. The burger was $16 and the sandwich with avocado was $20, yet the flavors were very mild and not particularly satisfying. The hot coffee was also disappointingly cold. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
