Very disappointing experience. I came in only to pick up a takeout order and stood there for about five minutes without being greeted, even though an employee with burgundy hair clearly saw me. When he finally came over, he ignored me at first and helped someone who arrived after me. When he did speak to me, he was rude and asked me to list every item in my pickup order instead of simply checking the order under my name.
Despite arriving 30 minutes after placing the order, my food still wasn’t ready and took even longer to come out. While waiting, I also saw a couple get seated and never attended to, eventually leaving without anyone acknowledging them.
When I finally got home and ate, the salmon teriyaki bento was very disappointing. The salmon smelled off, looked strange, and tasted bad. I’ve never disliked salmon enough to throw it away before, but this one went straight in the trash. I will not be returning.

Great experience at Ahi Sushi Bar & Grill. The food was fresh and flavorful, service was attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Everything came out quick and tasted amazing. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. And they have this new sushi taco on the menu!!! it’s amazing!!

New sushi place in Lake Elsinore. I definitely recommend you support this business. The service was very good. And the food we got was amazing. I am a beginner sushi eater and went for the tempura roll. We also ordered the bento box for my daughter and she loved it. The portion of that bento box was very generous! I will definitely be coming back and I can’t wait to tell friends and family to give this place a try.

I went alone and sat at the bar. It was very busy and there was only one chef in the kitchen, one chef at the bar and one server yet still the service was absolutely phenomenal and the food was great. It was my first time eating here and I ordered a “skinny roll, oyster shooter and large Asahi lager. I can’t recommend this establishment enough and I will definitely be going back for more since I live nearby.

Ate here for a late lunch on a Saturday. Had gyoza and a beef teriyaki bento box. Gyoza was fried but still delicious. Bento box was a nice display of sushi, tempura, rice, and beef teriyaki. No complaints on the taste. Kind of a hole in the wall place but the food and service makes it worth it.

Food is tasty and so fresh. They would blow up if they had AYCE but since they don’t lunch specials will have to do. Keep in mind, there’s one sushi chef it looks like and they do a first come first serve.
The first time I went, there was a party of about 10 people. They got all their food first and then I was next. Well that took about an hour. Luckily they sent out some egg rolls on the house to control my kids who were getting too hungry! But when the food finally arrived it was delicious!
Two days later I went again and there was a party of two and us, party of 3. Again, I know they’re just starting off but I think they should even out in bringing food out to the tables. They fully served them first, drinks appetizers and meals and then we were next. Took about 40 mins. This was the first week they opened.
Overall food is good.
Service is being worked on (I hope)
