Initially discovered this place through DoorDash and after trying their food I decided to visit the store in person and it did not disappoint!
The food portion is very generous and the seasoning was perfect. Also the rice and macaroni salad scoops are interchangeable (update 2/8: I realize now that there is a fee). Definitely check this place out instead of Ono Hawaiian if you’re in the West Covina area.

Meals were subpar. Loco moco meat and sauce were tasteless. We requested over easy eggs and they were completely fried thru and flattened. Garlic shrimp was tasty but smothered in like 16oz of minced garlic. Mac was decent and fried rice wasn’t so bad but it seemed to have been reheated more than once as it had a dry texture but oily outside. Not sure I’d go back.

This place is a gem! Parking was easy and the they had seating inside and outside. Service was great. They had a great menu which allows you to pick and choose what proteins and sides you want. We ordered the BBQ Beef with Mahi Mahi and shrimp, short ribs with Katsu, and the seafood mix. All I can say is wow! The short ribs and bbq beef were so tender. It is hard to find a place that has tender short ribs and not overcooked. The marinade for it is also so good, not too sweet. The fried items such as the Mahi Mahi, shrimp, and katsu had a classic crunchy breading and the meat inside was tender. Mac salad was also amazing. Will definitely come back here again!

I walked in to pick up my al a carte Katsu. Which! No one else around has as an option btw. & they had great music playing. Everything looked very clean. & it smelled like their food. All great things. The price could not be beat & after having a piece of this Katsu chicken with their sauce. I will definitely be returning. It is perfectly crispy and the sauce is also 10/10.

First off, service was good. I was greeted when I came in and my order was taken promptly. The food didn’t take long to be ready either that was a plus. However, I did not love the food. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and the chicken was very rubbery in texture. The macaroni was lacking as well. I was not happy with the quality of the food.

Very fast and friendly customer service however the portion sizes was extremely small and had lack of vegetables I literally had only 3 broccolis and not enough cabbage, the mac? It looked like someone scooped it with small spoon of Mac.
