Arrived at 6:00 p.m. for my brother’s birthday we were a group of 10 we had to move and organize the tables ourselves. I arrived last I asked for chips and salsa -I asked for two small plates they never arrived. I ordered extra corn tortillas they never arrived. But here is what is important my sister went to the front of the store and purchased a bag of mixed Mexican sweet bread for us to eat as our dessert a few of us took a bite and my nephew scream stop the inside of the Mexican bread was molded… The sweet Mexican bread was molded!!!!! We all gathered up the half eaten breads it took it to the lady at the front counter she said I’m sorry

I have loved visiting this restaurant for years. The nachos are absolutely amazing! It is one of the rare cases where you actually will have to ask for more chips because there are more toppings than chips. The tacos are my usual go-to order. They serve street style tacos here with just meat, grilled onions, and cilantro. The restaurant itself is very small and unassuming in the back of a little grocery store, which is another reason I love it.

Very good, authentic Mexican food! This place is no Tex-Mex or wanna be Mexican restaurant. They have a small market in the front including the meat they use in the restaurant. The wait staff is very friendly and the prices are good compared to other restaurants in town.

Our favorites are: tacos, gorditas, tortas, pollo blanco, mar y tierra dish . Anything you order will be delicious! Prices are very reasonable too. Service is always excellent. They also have many more things in the store part, mexican candy, boots, piñatas, give this place a visit! There is also another location same owners and everything over close to Walgreens. Aguascalientes #1 this location on the review is 2nd location.

Great food and atmosphere. The restaurant is a lil diner in the back with some Mexican decor and a TV playing sports. My Spanish is terrible and it was nice to get a chance to speak a few words there as well. It felt like a ma and pop place and was very welcoming.
I had the Enchiladas Rancheros and it came with rice and beans as well as their home made tortilla chips and salsas. Everything was excellent. And for dining out the price of $11 was amazing! Strongly recommend and I will be back next time I’m in town.

I ask for a shrimp with crunchy tortillas which is tostadas de camarón and they put lots of onion and tomato but not shrimp at all, very small portion of shrimp just a little pieces.
