Our dough, made with imported Italian flour, undergoes a 72-hour fermentation process. Crafted from just flour, water, salt, and yeast, this extended fermenting period ensures easier digestion, even for those with gluten sensitivities. We prepare a limited number of pizzas each day. Preorders are available for both dining in and takeaway.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. We went to Aglio Pizzeria for date night and truly couldn’t have picked a better spot. The atmosphere is small but romantic, cozy, and so inviting — perfect for an intimate night out.
The pizza was unbelievably fresh, and you could immediately tell the ingredients were high quality. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend pizzas, which did not disappoint. We ordered the Margherita pizza with added pepperoni and bacon, the Aglio pizza, and finished with the Texas sheet cake ice cream — every single bite was amazing.
This place is such a gem. We will absolutely be back very soon!

ALMOST perfect. For those who don’t already know, it is SO hard finding a place that has a good Neapolitan style pizza.
I came 30 minutes from home based on the pictures alone
When I say it’s almost perfect I mean the dough and cheese was up there with the best I’ve ever had… The sauce was good but I feel like something was missing and I can’t quite put my finger on it so I’m gonna come back and give it another go
This is by far the best I’ve had in a very long time, thank you for the great experience

We absolutely love this place! Whether we dine in or get dinner to go, it’s always incredible. The service is always so friendly- they already recognized us and welcomed us back by our 2nd visit.
Being 38 weeks pregnant, I wake up craving their pizza. My only complaint, they aren’t open 24/7 to accommodate us crazy preggos who want their food at all hours!

They helped us craft the perfect meal using their seasonal ingredients. My husband went classic with a Margherita + pepperoni, while I got adventurous with the Hot Soppressata, loaded with microgreens and bacon (chef’s kiss ). We also shared the pear salad — light, fresh, and bursting with flavor.
Every bite was a flavor explosion — crispy crust, melty cheese, and the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and spicy. We’re officially obsessed and already planning our next visit.

This place has been on my list for quite a while, but I honestly thought maybe it opened and closed before I had a chance to enjoy it, as I kept driving by the location and never saw a sign. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Because if you give up or don’t keep a sharp eye, you will miss a true “hidden gem.”
This is an order at the counter pizza and ice cream bit of heaven. The menu and hours of operation are small but perfect…right down to the appetizer option of warm almonds.
The pizza is simply amazing. The crust is perfect for the topping styles. I strongly suggest getting one of their creations (though they do have a build your own option).
I was simply too full to try the ice cream, but it looked incredibly creamy. I will be back for that, for sure!

Fantastic pizza and ice cream. This is one of the best Neapolitan style pizzas available anywhere. Their dough takes them 72 hours to make and their ingredients are top notch. I will always recommend whatever the special is, it’s always fantastic. If it has their garlic confit, it will blow your mind.
Last night I had their special which was a garlic confit base topped with pumpkin, crispy sage, and bacon along with the rosemario which is a standard base with pancetta and rosemary, both were phenomenal.

As a true Italian living in Denton this is the closest thing to the real deal that I’ve found here locally. I did an online order to take home but I would recommend eating it in restaurant due to the quality being best while fresh. I definitely would get it again, gives me a good taste of home.

This place is fabulous. I’ve lived coast to coast (New York, Los Angeles) and this place is an absolute highlight in my culinary rolodex full stop. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and friendly. I get the feeling they treat everyone like a regular, which is a lovely first impression. My husband and I regularly see the same faces at all of the “best of” Denton spots. The food quality is superb – from salads to pizza dough. We actually LOVE the converted yoga room which becomes the dining room. My husband has been a gym owner many times over and I am still floored at how they keep not even a tiny lingering “hot yoga studio smell” in their space. The plants and eclectic table settings are in keeping with the warm, cozy ambiance. Every pizza I’ve had has been nothing short of wonderful. I never eat the crusts, but the pizza dough here is so good, you can’t leave anything behind. Strongly recommend to anyone. The quality merits the price, and it’s 2025 – nothing is cheap anymore!

This place is amazing, the food and drinks are wonderful and the atmosphere is unmatched. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about sitting on a cushion on the ground with a tiny table in front of me, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. The pizza is so good and the price is very reasonable for how good it is. Definitely the best Margherita pizza in Denton and tastes the most authentic.

GREAT place! I’ve been dying to have have a quality Neapolitan pizzaria in town and Aglio has checked all my boxes. It’s an intimate location, so be patient if you have large parties. But oh man, I loved the pizza, the wine, and the ice cream. It was all so great, even my picky toddler approved. Service was top-notch, too. Evening was so nice! I can’t wait to come back.
