Food was pretty good but VERY over seasoned. There was SO much pepper on everything that our noses were running. We had to reorder the fry’s with no seasoning because they had so much pepper on them. I think food would have been good if we could have tasted it through the over peppered taste. Would be willing to try again!

I can tell you that I had I ever had the best burger (fire burger, not spicy) so tasty, food is amazing, service was the best, every is very kind, there are different spots you can hang out at, I had a good time coming for the first to Kansas, this is highly recommended place.

A great local brewery with lots of outdoor space, great beer options, and delicious food. Plenty of outdoor seating with cornhole lanes to challenge friends and family. Outdoor tvs and bar along with a smaller indoor seating and bar section. Highly recommended for family and friend outings. We went a few hours before a home KSU football game and had no trouble getting seated.

April 2025: In our neverending quest to find new places to eat, we came across Aggieville Brewing Company. After confirming the operating hours we decided to pay them a visit and find a new place to eat. If you read back at my restaurant reviews, you could conclude that I do not really post mediocre or bad reviews for restaurants, if I’m going to spend time writing this, is because the complete package, food, atmosphere, and service were great. Aggieville Brewing Company checks all the boxes and thus earned a review from me. We ordered the Potstickers for appetizer. For drinks we went with a Barrel-Aged Biggin’, and a flight of Adventure Cat, Everyman, Hammock, Heffin’ Rad. For the entrees we ordered the Brew Brisket, fries, and coleslaw, and a Slider trio. And finally got dessert we shared a Banana Foster dessert. We can’t wait for the weather to be a little warmer and the temperatures a little more stable to sit out on the patio and experience this all over again.

Me and my boyfriend were celebrating our 2 year anniversary. We choose a new spot where we’ve e never been too before. After we finish eating we both felt sick. I only had about 3 bites of my food while my boyfriend powered through it. And for the rest of the night he was throwing up. He threw up 7 times by 4am. He had to call out for work. This completely ruined our plans and he’s still sick in bed. The dinning area was clean and nice. The waiter was nice as well but the food just tasted completely wrong. Me and him both have extremely strong stomachs. We both grew up on farms. This is a compleletly rare cite to see him still sick after throwing 7 times. I will not come back again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

New place. The beer is pretty solid! The ‘cue is solid as well! Had the slider trio to sample sausage, pulled pork, and brisket. All very good. Cue and beer is great recipe for success. Nice taproom. Aly was on point as server. Will be back any time I get to MHK. Oh and the patio space is very nice!

The food was good, I had the brisket basket. Advertised as juicy on the menu. I think it had been in the hot hold way too long. Taste was good, but you wanted a little bit of fat in the bite otherwise it was too dry. It had a fair smoke ring but wasn’t a lot of smoked taste or any bark on the meat. Ok, but $20 for four slices of brisket it could and should have been better.
The jalapeno corn bread was tasty, served with no butter once again dry. Could have been a bit of honey or butter or jam to assist the tiny muffin. In an upscale joint like this I expect to at least see something the size of a regular muffin.
Potato salad, I don’t mind a bit of mustard in the potato salad but this was a bit too much and they could have cut the dill in half, but again you know there is a lot of difference in family recipes. I can say that this won’t be a side that I order again. The potato slices with cheese and bacon on them were very good. Good texture and a great taste.
Overall it was a pretty good meal, but it could have been so much better. I’m pretty touchy about brisket being overly dry. When I eat brisket and I have to take a drink after each mouthful in order to assist in swallowing, it’s just been held too long or cooked too long.
Now for the bad part. I was warned the day before to take ear plugs with me. I didn’t understand the recommendation. On arriving it was clear that even coming through the vestibule it was going to be loud. We had planned to eat outside but the threat of rain forced us inside into the small side room. Do not under any circumstances allow them to seat you in this side room. It is an echo chamber. The noise level was unbelievable for the amount of people in the room. I would recommend they immediately hang tapestries or wallpaper over these walls and/or some other sound attenuating means. The food was good enough for me to come back and try other things on the menu. But I will not sit in this room My family who came from quite a distance to visit was almost impossible to understand across the table. We couldn’t understand the waitress and I think it was mutual because she couldn’t understand us. There was a lot of repeat sentences to get the point across.
So overall positive I’d go back and try other things. I’m not a beer drinker anymore so the draw for brew is not anything that makes a difference with me. The others is in my party seem to enjoy their beverages though.

My husband and I finally made it to Aggieville Brewing and were very impressed! We both got BBQ and the meat was super flavorful. I was also very impressed that they limit their use of seed oils and had gluten/dairy free options for me! I only wish they would have had more mocktail options.
