Stopped next door with my husband to get something returned to Amazon and we decided to try the food here. I took mine to work. When I finally got to take a bite I didn’t even warm the first half up and it was phenomenal! I got the steak sub with everything except onions and added pickles and it was delicious! Best one I have had in forever!

I ordered my sandwich on the way home from work. Went to eat it, and was missing vegetables, aggies sauce, and it tasted horrible. I tried to call and say how it was not right. The woman then told me her cook out everything on it. So here is the proof in the best light I can give that the stuff was missing. Do not recommend if I have to argue over my food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my friend ate here for lunch and the food was horrible. While I was eating my wings I smelled something off with my chicken but I didn’t think much of it. As I started eating more the chicken started to look dirty to me so I stopped. About 5 minutes after my friend started getting a stomach ach and started throwing up. I didn’t feel as bad as her till the next day. My stomach was blowing. I definitely don’t recommend!

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Dirty restaurant. Wouldn’t advise nobody to eat here. I had buafflo wings with rice and threw up a couple minutes after eating. I have had a stomach ache since eating here.

This place is the reason why i am so hesitant to try new places! By far the absolute worst sub I’ve ever had. The bread was too hard. There was hardly any meat and it tasted strange! I couldn’t finish it! Not to mention the customer service over the phone was terrible as well! Never again! Wasted my money!

Lady was nice. But the whole place is kind of awkward. The whole ordering section is boarded up so it’s awkward ordering. Handwritten signs all over. No music, just really quiet. She’s the only one working and taking phone calls. Several folks waiting in line but no one eating inside. Just a really awkward vibe.

I had to change my review unfortunately, but my husband and I eat from here at least once a week, but for some reason the past few times the have been a large number of gristles and hard pieces in the cheese steaks. I know meat has gristles but every other bite had hard stuff in both sandwiches. Won’t be going back.

The staff is very rude. The restaurant has a immature management that conducts themselves as if they are in a high school with friends. The assistant manager with the red hair told a young lady she wouldn’t have her a check because she input my order incorrectly. She berated the new staff person in front of customers inappropriately. When I voice concerns with her interactions with the staffer, it all went to a level of uncomfortability. The owner’s son made the encounter worst. One waitress voiced they didn’t mind catching a charge to argue with a customer concerning her unprofessional behavior and followed me to my cars I left. Management made no effort to correct the staffer behavior. I will never go or spend my money at this restaurant again.
