If i could give this place-10 i would but the lowest score was 1 star. This is the worst place!!! I will never come back again! I rather eat at McDonald’s than this place. Just everything about this place was horrible. I will tell everyone about my experience and about the food. Look at these pictures. I can make better Mexican food than this. I’m not even Mexican. Or you can go to taco bell. Ridiculous!!

Leaving 2 stars over all bc the service dragged down the quality of the food. The food was really good as its always been. But the service my wife and I had was beyond terrible. Its bad that the manager gave us better service than our waitress. We got our drinks fine but did not get a refill on our drinks, chips, or salsa until food came which a refill for our salsa did not end up coming. The table across from us was seen 3 times in this period. Our food was great and better than I remember it ever being. Did find out half way through my drink that the cup was still dirty. Now for the fun part, the bill. Our waitress rung us up for 3 orders of my wife’s order bc she ordered a taco order that comes with 3 tacos. I about had a stroke seeing that her food was $47! And then the waitress argued with us for 5 minutes over the order just to admit she was wrong and the manager to fix it. I used to come to agaves all the time. Im happy to ignore the fact that the heat wasn’t working and there were space heaters everywhere. But the lack of service and arguing over the bill that was clearly an idiotic mistake was absurd. Will no longer be telling others about this restaurant like I have the last 10 years of coming here. SNS

We come here quite a bit, but the service we received today was ridiculous. I called in to place an order. The first time was on hold for 6 mins with the gentleman not every saying can you hold, he just answered and once I told him I had a to go order talked to customers in the store for the next 6 mins. I gave it a few mins and this time he had me on the phone for 10 mins talking to other customers,did not even get back on the phone I had to hand up because all I can hear was the commotion going on. Normally service is good here but not this experience at least have some courtesy to put the phone on hold so I am not listening to everything other coworker or customer you are talking to.

I recently had an absolutely amazing experience here, thanks in large part to our incredible server, Alex I!! From the moment we sat down, Alex made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm made the meal even more enjoyable!! The food arrived perfectly timed, fresh, and delicious, and Alex checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling interrupted. 10/10! Give that a raise!

We got two custom made Veggie Taco Salads & they were pretty good. Fresh tomatoes & the guac was very flavorful. Not many veggie items on the menu but you can always make anything a veggie upon request. Sorry we ate the food so fast we didn’t get any pictures of it.

I’ve eaten here prior several times..
Was limited on time and needed to catch up on work for dinner, my request was to place me on any table to complete my assignments.
Management said they did not have or will not have any tables for me to work from, I asked to plug in by the bar and was politely declined.
Restaurants should be able to service the common working folk. They lost my business, not being able to accommodate…
Take your $$ elsewhere, 1⭐️ because I enjoy their queso and chips..

I cant stand Agaves but we was invited to a birthday. Ordered a Cherry Pepsi and it tasted bad. I ordered the Taco salad with extra lettuce and It came out with way way too much ground beef and no extra lettuce. It was a salad but yet it came with 1 single slice of tomato instead of diced tomatoes. Who puts tomato slices on a taco.. Couldn’t get our servers attention.. Tonight’s meal reminded me why this place sucks. You want good food, go to Casa Grande Mexican Grill..

Came on my own during lunch. Service was subpar. Barely saw my waiter. Ordered the choriqueso that came out after my food cold and barely melted. Sent it back to the kitchen, it came back still a large blob of barely melted cheese. Ordered a chicken quesadilla ala cart for lunch which also came out cold and barely any flavor on the chicken. Probably will not be returning…
