WOW, where do I start? This location has complimentary valet which was quick and easy. The ambiance was absolutely stunning with white flower trees, a mini Aquarium (with a little crab and puffer fish), beautiful seasonal decor a heart for Valentine’s Day and many other subtle touches. The hostess’ were absolutely amazing kind and quick to seat us with a reservation.
Quick greeting by our server Terry, he was kind attentive, overall everything you want in a server, one whom guesses your next request. We met both managers whom were professionally dressed, kind, welcoming, and extremely in tune with the restaurant. Honestly, I have never seen such a cohesive team of staff and managers work so quickly. Almost as if the restaurant is alive and breathing with the staff ensuring every table is monitored and satisfied. Glass was never empty, plates never sat on the table long.
NOW, let’s talk about the food! For starters, the complimentary bread is delicious. The French onion soup — honestly top 2 best French onion soups I ever had. The cheese was perfectly charred, broth was extremely flavorful, crouton/bread was perfect and attached to the cheese for ease of eating. Next, was our entrees I ordered the pettite Filet, mashed potatoes, and sautéed spinach. The filet was cooked perfectly with a unique flavor I have never personally tasted – paired with an Aju which was phenomenal. The mashed potatoes were served perfectly and tasted perfectly. Sautéed spinach was perfectly cooked – not too much – not too little, was extremely light with a slight taste of garlic and a welcoming flavor. My husband ordered the lobster pasta which he absolutely loved. It included scallops, shrimp and lobster. The cream sauce pasta was perfectly seasoned with the perfect flavor and thickness. Lastly, we ordered the crème brûlée which I would say is up to par with the best of steakhouses.

We will be back – and may make this our GO TO for family birthdays.

Brunch was delicious and we loved the location on the lake. The salmon BLT was cooked absolutely perfectly and just melts in your mouth. The atmosphere was upscale and romantic. The only downside was required valet parking in an empty lot where our car was parked just steps from the door. Bonus points for the happy kitty outside.

The food was really good. Good food and wine selection. Great environment and decor. Me and my fiancé Came here on Valentines Day and chose one of the packages with steak, calamari, Caesar salad. Our server was good as well.
Cons: It felt cramped. Idk if this seating is typical or bc it’s a holiday, but it felt like the tables were really close.
Also, the service felt rushed. Before I could finish one course, the next course was already showing up.
Considering the cost I paid ($200+ each) I would expect some more comfort and not a rushed dinner.

AG Steakhouse exceeded every expectation — food, atmosphere, and service were all top-tier. We started with the raw oysters that were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the miso soup was rich and comforting. Wagyu sushi, which was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Every bite felt like luxury.

AG Steakhouse was an excellent choice for our company holiday party. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and truly elevated the entire evening. Johnathan did a phenomenal job overseeing every detail of the planning process, including the menu and coordination for our group, ensuring everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.
During the event, Juliana and another server whose name I unfortunately did not catch were outstanding. Serving a group of 32 is no small task, yet they were attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the night. The food, drinks, and desserts were all delivered promptly and were absolutely delicious.
Everyone had a wonderful time, and our employees are still talking about how much they enjoyed the evening. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend AG Steakhouse for group events or special occasions.

Delicious food and amazing service. Probably one of the best places in this entire area. It’s a steakhouse with a sushi bar as well. Beautiful view of the water. They own the Tiki bar next door as well, but it’s outdoor and not as high-end. Definitely make your reservation!!

We booked a reservation online for 6 that included a 4 year old and an 11 month old for Saturday at 5:15. We were celebrating our son-in-laws birthday. They tucked us in a quiet corner with a lovely view of the lake. We had excellent service and the food was fabulous! Don’t let the steakhouse prices scare you away, totally worth it!

My friend Jeff and I dined there last night and had the Tomahawk steak special. It was great!! Inside was pink and outside a little bit of a crust. Twice baked potatoes and mushroom ragout with a generous salad. Overlooking the marina at Lake Allatoona. Not around any other restaurants or anything. Hidden gem!
Waiter Kirk, barkeeper Jessica and general manager Jonathon made the entire evening a great experience. Personable and knowledgeable.
Have nightly specials. We also had a salmon crunch sushi that was excellent. Going back next week!!
