I paid for egusi soup with no meat… I even waited for them to prepare. I finally got home there’s chunks of beef coming out everywhere.
The soup has a good flavor but I specifically said no meat because my stomach cannot take heavy meat and he said he could do that. 20 dollars is a lot with this economy to not get what you asked for.

Very beautiful interior and amazing food options. Their beef and chicken suya and jollof rice are my favorite! The meat and chicken pie is also very tasty. Very friendly service and the owners came out to say hi! Overall a very favorable experience and I will definitely be a regular here.

Someone finally gets it!! Presentation, give them! Taste of the food (made with a request), PERIOD. 10/10. I’m pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and will 10000% be back. I’ve been scratching my head trying to understand why the other Nigerian restaurants struggle to deliver. Finally. Someone came through with the professionalism and the deliciousness we deserve. Photo is mid bite with some of my sister’s jollof (bomb!!!!)

I was sold some burnt meat pies and fish rolls. Meat is clearly dark brown, as you can see, while the dough was hard and crunchy from frequent reheating.
Someone in that kitchen ought to be ashamed of themselves, and I hope yall step your business game up.
Unbelievable.

Best african food ever! We were visiting from out of town & wanted to try out the Cafe near our hotel. My picky eater kids loved the chicken & Jollof, I got a stew & and egusi as well. Will be back, the lovely young lady was the cook, cashier, waitress, & DJ & I asked her…did u make this? She giggled & said yes. We will stop by every time we’re in town. Thank you Afri-Cafe for making our family african dining experience wonderful.

I ordered a fish roll at 5pm and it tasted like it had been under the warming light for… A while. The meat was very tough. Very hard to cut with the to-go cutlery we were given. It took a while to prepare the food, and I hate to make assumptions, but it did hear a microwave going for most of it.
