You can easily tell the kitchen uses high-quality, fresh ingredients. Huge thanks to Givi for taking such great care of us. He offered perfect recommendations. The vibe here is unmatched, it feels like stepping right onto a movie set.
Several dishes were simply poorly executed. The pate was unpleasantly bitter, the tartare was basically minced meat rather than a proper chopped tartare, and the ravioli sauce tasted like plain broth. Even the gratin turned out to be mashed potatoes inside, which felt misleading. The “complimentary butter” had no real buttery taste at all.
The drinks were another disappointment as both the white wine and the prosecco were served warm. The bread was extremely dry and over-toasted.
The overall setup didn’t help either: plastic chairs that swivel but are uncomfortable and difficult to move, making the seating experience awkward.
In the end, neither the food nor the atmosphere justified the visit. I genuinely hope the restaurant improves.
The drinks were delicious and different then in other places, the dinner was the perfect combination of flavors. We shared a variety of dishes, and everything from the appetizers to the main course was top-notch. A perfect spot for a fun night out with friends – can’t wait to come back!”
I gave it another chance after the ceo talked to me regarding last terrible experience, but tonight unfortunately the place was completely empty, and there was one Waiter, who was very sweet the food that we ordered from the kitchen wasn’t good at all. We ordered a bought a salad that came without water. I ordered a rare duck breast that came overcooked and two robbery, but the beef so enough was good. I always have issues with them cooking my meat rare it’s usually overcooked or they just don’t care about your order and instructions. They used to be very slow, but this time they’re fast, but the food was bad. they still have plenty to go if they’re planning to be the best place in Tbilisi again for the mean time it’s highly not recommended for me
All bad reviews related to this place are true.
1. Gravlax – not a gravlax at all. Even if you open the wiki it clear that gravlax goes with dill
2. Chicken liver pate. No complaints, but nothing special
3. Carpaccio – very very average. The slices are not thin. Cheese is very dominating. To much
4. Dorado with barley. Barley is over over over salted. It is impossible to eat.
5. Pasta with pesto. Pasta is not handmade, overcooked. There is aldente word in this place.
6. Mussels. Taste of mussels is just awful.
Staff:
We ordered water. No one put the water to the glasses.
Wardrobe: there is no wardrobe. Everyone is storing their jackets on the seats.
Interior: amazing
