I tried this food truck recently, and I have to say they serve some of the best Afghan food I’ve ever had. The flavors are rich, authentic, and honestly addictive. I’m a big fan of their menu, but the Qabuli Palao is on another level. It’s perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best I’ve tasted anywhere.

Very nice people and the flavors are great. Lamb is tender and tasty. Unfortunately our Qabuli Pulao and Shola were not served with the kidney beans, salad or quarter bread it advertised on their menu so not sure what happened there.

The Shola was rich, comforting, and full of authentic Afghan seasoning—exactly how it should taste.
The Manto were soft, perfectly steamed, and packed with flavorful meat; the yogurt and sauce on top made them even better.
And the Roosh was absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and full of deep Afghan flavor.
Everything tasted homemade and fresh. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This food truck is a real gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
