I’ve been using Aesthetic Meal Prep for about 6 weeks now for both my and my boyfriend’s lunches and dinners, and we have loved it. They have a weekly rotating menu, so we’re always getting to try new meals instead of the same options every week. Everything we’ve had has been really tasty and well portioned.
I also really appreciate that they offer gluten free and dairy free options, plus breakfast and dessert choices if you want to add those on. They have plans for balanced, lean, and bulk goals, and we personally use the balanced and bulk plans.
The owner has been incredibly kind and accommodating with any food preferences we’ve had, which makes the experience even better. She has truly gone above and beyond! They also offer meal delivery, which is super convenient. Highly recommend if you want great meals without the stress of cooking and prepping all week!

Checked out this awesome place today. Awesome variety of options for just about everyone. Meal plans available for weekly meals. They have packages, they have pre made meals, and they have options to work with their chef to personalize to your needs. For me, I’m a gym guy, so looking for healthy calories and protein. I ordered the high protein smoothie. It was delicious and not heavy at all. Provided the right macros for the snack. I will be absolutely coming here weekly now as part of my macro needs. I highly recommend. Everything is freshly made and measured out.

I’ve been ordering from Aesthetic Meal Prep for almost two years now, and I can’t recommend them enough! Some of my favorite meals are the Ground Turkey Taco Salad Bowl, Turkey Bacon Sandwich, Chicken Empanadas, and Zucchini Lasagna. Their smoothies are also amazing! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
I especially love their “meals on the go” — perfect for grabbing something healthy and filling when you’re in a rush. If you’re looking for convenient, delicious, and nutritious meals, definitely check them out!

Truck driver approved! Delicious and flavor packed meals! One of the challenges about being OTR is maintaining a healthy diet for the longhaul. These healthy meals are also cost effective, rather than eating carb dense, greasy and fatty foods at truck stops, or stocking up on highly processed microwave meals that are loaded with sodium and preservatives, for a few bucks less per meal I can have fresh food every day for the week, or freeze them to stretch them out even longer.
I’ve been battling to maintain a healthy weight along with high blood pressure off and on. After two weeks of strictly eating these balanced meals, my blood pressure is returning to proper levels, and not to mention, the ol belt line has gotten a lil loose!
I’ve always found myself easily overeating on those long drives, but with the portions controlled, it takes the guess work out of trying to tally up daily calorie/carb/fat/sugar/sodium intake. They make it easy to have good eating habits!
I definitely will be a returning customer! My favorite meals are the Garlic Chicken and Beef Tacos!

I have been picking up dinner from here lately and I love it! The food is always fresh; grab and go is quick and easy, or if I don’t see what I want, they’re kind enough to make it real quick. I’m horrible at wasting groceries and spending a ton eating out, so this has been perfect. This week I finally decided to stock up. So glad I found this place!

Just moved from Texas to Tulsa Oklahoma. Been looking for a restaurant that has a good vegan menu. This place has it!!! They have and excellent vegan selection of meals. I can always expect AMP’s meals to be full of flavor and spices to the point where it feels like that I am having cheat meals. Great job keep it up!
