The best ever !! The girl i always see (Addison or maybe something along the lines of that i’m sorry) is always so sweet and when the gingerbread ice cream was out she always knew that i came for it !! The girl today (1/29/26 around 4:30pm) was so sweet as well !!! I always come to this place after school and even when it’s busy it remains so clean !!! I love this place and i hope they keep bring amazing 🙂 And the menu has a wide variety of flavors! i got mocha brownie swirl and nutella crunch !!

Aerostat Creamery has instantly become our go-to ice cream parlor in Murrieta, and for good reason! The quality is consistently fantastic, and they have flavors that genuinely make everyone happy.
My 6-year-old daughter is always thrilled with her classic chocolate scoop, which is rich and wonderfully creamy—pure yummy perfection in her book! I (48M) decided to try the pumpkin cheesecake flavor, and it was seriously delicious—a perfect blend of spice and creamy texture. Both were absolutely yummy !
We also have to give a huge shout-out to the banana split my wife and I shared on our last visit; it was absolutely legit.
Everything here tastes fresh and high-quality. If you’re looking for great ice cream in Murrieta, you need to check this place out!

The ice cream here is amazing! Customer service is great. They let you have samples before you commit to the pint. Highly recommend trying. Its worth the price. My favorites are Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cookie Butter! My husband is all about the Rocky Road. They chop the nuts and mix it all together, so every bite includes all the flavors.

We tried two flavors here and they were both amazing. Hard to describe how good. The banana pudding tastes like legit banana pudding with a wonderful ice cream. The blackberry cheesecake had chunks of cheesecake in it. Totally great ice cream. This place deserves a try for sure.

Not worth $6 for a small. No idea what the other reviews are raving about. Go next door to Aldi’s and get some ice cream for cheaper!
I tasted the black cherry forest and it didn’t taste like much, it was sweet and nutty almost like chocolate, but nowhere near cherry. I ended up choosing cookies and cream and it really just tasted like grocery store ice cream. Not enough cookies. Vanilla flavor in ice cream was nothing special – nothing like a vanilla bean ice cream like you’d expect from an artisan shop.
The aerostat branding is accurate in that you really are paying for a buncha air.
Go to Handel’s for the best ice cream in this area!

This brand new old fashion ice cream parlor is a dream for our community. The hot air balloon theme pays homage to Temecula culture. The owners are carefully handcrafting each flavor of ice cream. The ice cream itself is extra creamy and has a wonderful texture and flavor. Veteran owned. This is own new ice cream hot spot. The lemon blueberry and chocolate with peanut butter are spot on, must try these. Best banana split around.

This is without a doubt the BEST ice cream we have ever had!!! Aerostat’s ice cream has such a unique texture, the best way I can describe it is a fluffy pillow texture. The flavors? Forget about it!!! Out of this world!!! It is SO HARD to choose a flavor! Definitely get the four scoop flight! It’s worth it, trust me. This place is also veteran owned and the owner is such a sweet man. If you’re thinking about trying a new ice cream spot I cannot recommend this place enough!
