Great experience at Aerial. Very nice spot for watching the sunset, not too many tables so make sure to get reservations in early, they do have several bar seats as well. We ordered conch fritters and steak&frites and added a “side” of tuna, we shared it all and it was spectacular.

My husband surprised me with a date night at Aerial, and I’m still swooning.
We’d only eaten at the pool bar before (which was already delicious), but this was next level. The service? Flawless. The food? Stunning, innovative, and somehow even better than we remembered. Every plate felt like a little work of art.
The sunset over STT was exactly what we were looking for — beautiful, with the perfect ambiance. My only regret is that places like this in the VI are few and far between… but my husband took a chance and absolutely nailed it.
The Caesar was hands down the best we’ve ever had — those croutons were dangerously good. The foie gras? Unreal. And Jenny and Mark are the ultimate tag team.

For a fine dining experience, I was truly disappointed by the wait staff. They picked up dishes before people were finished, which made us feel very rushed. More than once, we were asked if we needed anything else, but it seemed as if they were asking us to eat more quickly.
