Never again! We ordered delivery at 11am. It arrived at 12:45! My sandwich was inedible at that point. The bread was so soggy from sitting for so long. We called to complain and the guy hung up on my mother, who is diabetic! She took her insulin at 12pm because they initially told us 1 hour for delivery and then said it won’t take an hour, but took almost 2 hours. Never again will we support this business. Their excuse is that they only have one driver. If that is the case then you should not offer delivery. The rudeness of the guy answering the phone makes me wonder how this place has any business.

The service is terrible. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The food is a complete waste of money. We live local and will not be back. We have tried to give them a few chances. Even talked to the owner but same thing every time. If you like burnt food give it a shot.

Avoid this cesspool at all costs. Molly @ the counter is one of the rudest, most ignorant people I’ve encountered at any business, never mind a dump of a pizza restaurant. I just picked up a cheese pizza for takeout, paid cash and left the change as a tip(approx $.50)… She threw the change in the tip box and said as I was walking out the door, “Thanks for the $.50”. quite sarcastically. I asked her name and to speak to the owner, in which she replied “she’s in Canada, good luck”. No apology for the rude comment what so ever. Going by the other reviews I’ve seen, this dump should be out of business in the near future. This entitled generation that’s coming up is a disaster, molly @ aegean pizza is a perfect example.

Being local and wanting support other locals I’m not enjoying writing this. This is the type of place that would break Gordon. I won’t bother going thru all the reasons but this place needs to get out of 1979 and hire staff that is capable of at least cooking frozen cheap foods properly.

Ageans used to be out go to place for take out. But no more after today…There’s definitely been times in the past where the order was meh, but the staff was always nice and friendly and if we had it delivered… the hour long wait was very annoying but the delivery driver was always super nice. THIS time, however, when I picked the order up the girl at the counter was not very nice and the food was not good AT ALL. I have never been physically sick after eating Ageans but I guess there is always a first time. I’m sorry Ageans but we will no longer be ordering from your establishment

The staff was screaming and swearing and scared my girlfriend’s very young grandson the two times we brought him there. A man with dreds in the kitchen was swearing at the top of his lungs. Not goid in a family restaurant. The rude woman behind the counter noticed our discomfort and proceeded to swear too!

WE WILL NEVER RETURN BECAUSE AS WE WERE GETTING READY TO LEAVE WE OBSERVED A YOUNG LADY SPREADING CHEESE ON PIZZAS WITHOUT GLOVES. AS IF THAT WASN’T BAD ENOUGH SHE WAS ALSO EATING SOME CHEESE WHILE SHE WORKED. WE ALSO SAW A YOUNG MAN, NOT WEARING GLOVES EITHER, BRING A FULLY MADE GRINDER FROM THE BACK ROOM AND HAND IT TO THE WOMAN UP FRONT TO BE WRAPPED. IT ALMOST MADE US SICK!!!
