Adrian’s West Coast Burritos has become a weekend ritual for me. I’ve been coming every Saturday and Sunday for months now, and I can say without hesitation that these are the best burritos I’ve ever had—period. Every single time, they’re incredible: perfectly balanced, packed with flavor, and clearly made with care.

One thing you absolutely need to know: you have to order ahead. They’re in such high demand that walk-ups take some time. I actually place my order the night before so I can schedule my pickup right when I’m done with the gym the next morning. It’s the perfect post-workout reward, and it’s never missed once—they send a text right when they’re ready so you can pull up and not wait in line.

What makes it even better is that it’s family-run. You can feel the pride and consistency in everything they do, from the quality of the ingredients to the way orders are handled. It doesn’t feel like a typical food spot—it feels personal, like you’re supporting people who truly care about what they’re putting out.

If you’re anywhere near and love burritos, do yourself a favor: plan ahead, place your order early, and go experience Adrian’s West Coast Burritos. Total rave-worthy, can’t-miss. I’ll keep coming every weekend.

If you’re from Miami, you know how difficult it is to find a *good* breakfast burrito, anywhere.. but goddamn, these guys make a mean burrito. I always go for the OG Breakfast with ribeye— they cook the meat perfectly tender, the eggs are soft and fluffy, and that tallow tortilla is out of this world. It’s no surprise that this quickly became my go-to spot and definitely something I look forward to every weekend.

Adrian and the team are friendly and welcoming every time. The only time I’ve been disappointed was my own doing because I didn’t pre-order and they were slammed and had to shut down ordering (lesson learned). They’re a pop-up, they’re outside and they’re ALWAYS busy, so do yourself a favor and pre-order the night before through their links on Instagram and be patient; trust, it’s going to be worth the wait.

This is my Sunday go to spot. Was not expecting to read any negative reviews at all. My go-to order is always the chorizo and beef bacon (the only place I have found to offer it) breakfast burrito after my morning workout. I always throw on some spicy sauce, a MUST. It’s super big so I usually split it with someone or eat it myself if I have worked up an appetite. It keeps me full for hoursss.

The owner is always super nice and so is everyone else there. Pre-ordering in Miami, when offered, is always a must and helps you skip the line. They are on point with the times so I haven’t had to ever wait long.

I highly recommend this place, and I’m so picky with food. The way Miami has gotten with overpriced, terrible food keeps me home and so it’s awesome to have a genuinely good spot like this one on rotation. 🙂

On Saturday I waited exactly an hour for 2 burritos. They had run out of the meat I ordered and didn’t tell me or ask me what I wanted to switch to until I asked about my order half an hour in. I was dining in, sitting just 2 tables away and wish someone should have come up and asked me instead of making me ask. I then had wait another 30 minutes to receive it.

The food here is always spectacular when the owner is here. Today the first time I came and the owner wasn’t here, they seemed to not care about anything. My burritos had no sauce inside for the first time and were extremely dry. They offered me sauces on the side instead.

There was no apology for the wait or forgetting to add sauces at any point. I have always had great experiences here with fast service but I was very disappointed today. Staff seemed to not care about treating customers well or getting orders right without the owner around.

In the end I had to take my order to go. I was looking forward to a nice lunch outside but unfortunately had no time after an hour of waiting. Please do better because I used to love this place!

Great food, but they love to WASTE your time! If you want to spend 30-40 minutes waiting for your food to be ready while standing outside in the hot sun, this is your place.

Been here 3x & waited a century. The 3rd time, I even tried to order AHEAD of time knowing how long they take and they apparently never got the order. I ordered via their website which took me to DoorDash. I gave them 40min. Arrived to pickup my order & it was not ready. Pretty ridiculous.

These guys have great food but don’t know how to run the business. Owner seems like doesn’t know what he’s doing. If they’ve been losing business lately, it’s their own doing!!

The bad reviews are shocking to me because this place is delicious. Do not allow them to misguide you. I get the breakfast carne asada burritos and I always leave full and satisfied. I’m extremely picky with carne asada but theirs is flavorful and not chewy in texture. I tend to get full on half a burrito and save the other half for lunch (which is why I’m not sure why some are saying it’s small) Their breakfast taco is also yummy. I’m not crazy about the chorizo burrito since it’s a tad too greasy for me. Also, the wait is a bit long but you could just pre-order and avoid waiting in line. Costumer service is also great. All in all, def worth the try. Don’t let the negative reviews misguide you (:

By far THEE best breakfast burritos in all of Miami everything taste so fresh from the tortilla to the salsa you can taste how it’s all made from scratch. I recommend trying the whole menu because those carne asada fries are a must and the crunch wrap as well. The customer service is also unmatched I’ve gone every week since I found this gem.

DO NOT listen to the bad reviews. Flat out lies. I’m honestly shocked this place doesn’t have five stars.

This is hands down the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had in my life. It’s become a highlight of my weekend and staple for me, I look forward to it all week long.

Not only is it delicious, but it’s healthy, and you can tell that they use fresh, quality, organic ingredients. The people saying otherwise are straight up lying. I eat healthy at home and use organic ingredients, including range free eggs and grass fed meat, and it’s easy to tell that Adrian’s uses the same. Today, I noticed they even use quality pans to cook the eggs and meat. You’re not gonna find this level of care, effort, and quality anywhere else.

The staff is so friendly and go above and beyond. The wait is well worth it, and there is always the option to order ahead as well.

I truly cannot recommend this place enough.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!

Oh and first bite and this place blows Uptown 66 out of the water!

We ordered the night before as you should! Once we arrived Adrian let us know our order was wrapping up we grabbed a coffee next door and 10 min max our order was ready!

Adrian’s customer service was amazing and he thanked us for our patience people in Miami forget that small start up business like this are not perfect and have to roll with the punches especially when they are slammed with orders!

Now the food! The tortillas are legit! The food is amazing this place is well worth the wait and we will definitely go back for more!!

DONT LISTEN to THE BAD REVIEWS!!! This is quite literally the best burrito I’ve ever had, breakfast or not. Great portion too. Only thing is definitely schedule ahead, but the wait is DEFINITELY worth it. I get the rib eye and fries burrito and it’s amazing. This place deserves 10 stars honestly.
