Hands down the best steak sandwich i ever had in my life the sirloin baguette was so tender it was to die for! I will definitely be ordering this often from now on! Service was unmatched the nicest people ever and just good vibes and most importantly great portions! It’s a must try I promise you will not regret it at all! I would’ve added a picture but i inhaled the whole sandwich n fries hahaha!

I was about to eat something meat until I see their menu. I changed my mind because fish menus looks good. That was good choice. It was my first time taking sword fish. I was stunned. And pineapple! I didn’t use to think fish match fruits but the chef changed my common sense.

Coming in with high reviews, I set the bar high and I feel like it missed it a bit. A few changes and this restaurant could way better, that being said, the actual flavors weren’t bad, and we loved the staff! The ahi taco’s shell was too thin and the ingredients don’t fit, so everything falls out upon picking it up, ended up being nachos. The rockfish taco’s flavor fell flat, the slaw was just chopped cabbage and the spicy mayo sauce ended up being a watery salsa. The coconut shrimp with the mango salsa was delicious, but only getting 4 shrimp in a 20$ order felt more like an overpriced appetizer than a meal. The fries they make are delicious though! Thick cut and perfectly crispy, they were amazing! So, personally, a few tweaks and I believe that they would be worthy of that rating.

We got the steak and it was so amazing and perfectly cooked to how we ordered it. I got the fish and chips and those were amazing. French fries were perfectly crisp. This is a small family owned restaurant and they cook everything fresh. I highly recommend giving it a chance you’ll fall in love

My hats off to the chef. My plate was delicious. I had the grilled sirloin taco with a side of grilled asparagus. The meat was cooked perfectly and the asparagus had a sauce that was awesome. I encourage you to check this place out for some amazing food!

Nice lunch from Adrian’s! Ordered the seared ahi tuna sandwich which tasted great. Food didn’t take too long and really great and friendly vibe to the place thanks to the staff. The fries are really good too. Definitely recommend giving it a try, they have a diverse menu of land and seafood protein options.

Adrian’s Surf n Turf Grill is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a strip mall on Clairemont Mesa Blvd near Ruffin Rd, it is easy to miss.

Delicious menu options and excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly!

They offer a variety of seafood dishes including fish and chips, sandwiches, and tacos.

We tried the seafood chowder as a starter and it was bursting with flavor! The seafood and potatoes were chopped into nice size bits. The chowder was thick and creamy and the portion size was plentiful for the price.

The fish and chips were served with a hearty portion of fries and three good sized pieces of fried rockfish. The battered fish was not too greasy. Well worth the price charged. I tried the tarter sauce, chipotle mayo, and cocktail sauce. The tarter was my favorite. The fries were comparable to steak fries size and seasoned well. It was also served with a small portion of slaw.

The swordfish tacos plate came with two tacos. We left off the pineapple salsa, but they still had lots of flavor. The fish was flaky and the amount of fish served was good in comparison to the tortilla.

We will definitely be back to try additional menu items.

We wanted to try this highly rated restaurant for a while, and finally we did.
What an experience, it’s a casual place with elevated high quality food.
They are well known for their fresh seafood.
We did order some of their best selling dishes, like the grilled ribeye skewers it was highly recommended. It had blue cheese crumble, caramelized onions made with red wine sauce and sautéed spinach. The steak was very tender and tasty.
Also we ordered 3 mini tacos,
the ahi sashimi that was wrapped in wonton shell, and the seared ahi tuna avocado vegetable with sesame eel sauce, also the grilled sword fish steak.
Everything tasted like a fine 5 stars restaurant. Tasty and delicious
We are so happy we came and ate here, and we will be back to try more dishes.

Seared ahi tuna with eggplant was just perfect, same for the seafood chowder which remained hot throughout the meal.
The fries are amazing, couldn’t finish them, hours later ate them cold and still crispy and soft inside.
Just wish they would sell beer and wine to pair with the excellent food,

Definitely good. Food came out fast and with friendly service. They have some of the best fries I’ve ever had, and they make their own ranch and tartar sauce so big points there. A little pricey but everything is these days. I would like to try their cheese steak and give an update
