Very friendly people, live music, great atmosphere. The chef came out to make sure everything was good. It was! Planning to go back on Fri/Sat. for the prime rib. Excellent food, reasonably priced. So good!

Nothing could have been more perfect. Every detail felt magical — the wine, the meat, the atmosphere, the soft lights, the music. Seeing two women create something so beautiful and powerful is truly inspiring. This has been one of the most memorable and heartfelt experiences I’ve had in all of St. Pete. We stopped in while on vacation during a cold snap in Florida. Thought red wine and steak sounded amazing. A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Quaint little restaurant. The ribeye was exactly how we like it, medium rare and so tender and juicy. Added bonus, it was the best seasoned steak we’ve ever had. We had yummy shrimp cocktail and Caesar salads. The au gratin potatoes are a must-get side item. The wine selection is great, we shared a bottle of red (and then some). This is a great spot if you’re in the mood for an amazing steak and wine – we’ll be back to try some of their other dishes (it’ll be hard not to get the steak though) 🙂

We have wanted to try this for a while. We loved the previous wine bar, Decanter, and had high hopes for Adrian’s. The place is very small. We had a reservation. We were seated at the middle of 3 2 person high tops. These 3 tables are crammed in there. One should be removed. When they seated a couple next to us, it was difficult to get out and go to the restroom. We ordered a bottle of wine and we’re going to order dinner. As we waited to order, we observed numerous service issues. One couple had her entree and her companion’s came out 20 minutes later (after he inquired twice about his meal) and when it came out, it was wrong. We waited quite a while and finally received bread, which was very good, but we were still not able to place our food order. There were 4 employees/servers running around. It seems there was definitely an issue with the kitchen. We continued to wait to order and finally decided not to order and go somewhere else. However, our wine had been decanted. The next time we saw our server, which took a while, we let her know we were leaving, but wanted to take our wine. She was very accommodating and funneled it back into the bottle and put a nice rubber stopper in it and put the bottle in the bag. I let her know, while I appreciated how hard the wait staff seemed to be working to handle issues, I assumed there was a major issue with the kitchen. (Maybe they were short staffed??). Her explanation was that the kitchen is just very small. Unfortunately, that is an issue that won’t change and therefore we will probably not return for dinner. The previous business, Decanter, had a very limited menu and managed their small space to ensure good service and a pleasant experience. Adrian’s may want to consider doing the same.

The food and ambiance at this new restaurant is topnotch! Whether you are here on vacation or a local you are in for a treat. Alex, the owner, is passionate about insuring his food is of the utmost quality and the presentation is amazing. I recommend the steak! The mushrooms and au gratin potatoes are delicious! The chocolate cake with the whiskey butter is awesome! The wine selection is second to none and the servers are knowledgeable regarding pairings. Try this new family owned establishment.

My husband and I visited on Saturday, 6.10.26. We enjoyed so much Florida sun during the day and Adrian’s Prime and Wine delivered exactly what we were looking for the evening.
The steak was cooked to absolute perfection…I use those words far and few between. I never thought a steak could taste like that.
We were greeted with so much love.The hospitality was something that makes my heart ache that I still don’t fit it in a regular.

Fantastic food and service. Steak cooked to perfection and the grandmas lasagna is to de for. The atmosphere is great for a private night out for two or for a group. There is entertainment several times a week as well. Family based business that strives to exceed all your expectations. Great place will keep going back.
