Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Summit County! We are so lucky to have the most amazing Italian food prepared daily by this lovely family. I love the scrumptious homemade sausage appetizers and soups. My favorite is the fettuccine alfredo. So rich! My husband likes to try new things and has never been disappointed. My foodie children love it there too. This family owned restaurant is a genuine diamond in the rough. The family is always warm and welcoming and the food is amazing. Some people may not like the aesthetics of the place, but we go there for the delicious food, kind staff, and have such an appreciation for their father’s homemade everything!

We didn’t wait very long for our amazing four course meal. The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. The service was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. After ordering wine, dessert, coffee and having a four course meal, the price for two was only $67. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting Silverthorne or the ski resorts.

Food was amazing! The portions are small but you get a three course meal of all in-house, made from scratch food. Save room for desert even if it means taking some home with you. It was a little higher priced but totally worth it just plan on spending a little more than you would at Olive garden. I would recommend making reservations had a half hour wait for a table for two.

A very professional atmosphere with great food and great service. The chefs serve only a few different meals every day besides the variety of pizzas, and the meals rotate so they are able to cook things very well with real, fresh ingredients. An appetizer, soup, and salad is served with every meal, and the service was one of the best I ever had. Between all of this 5 star restaurant feel, it is not near as expensive as it felt it should be with most plates between $15-20. Great restaurant and would recommend to anyone!

Adriano’s is absolutely amazing. Family owned and operated – They’re extremely adamant about their entrees and provide an outstanding service. This is a four course meal ranging from 14 to 22 bucks a dish. Wonderful pricing for a true Italian meal. Will be going back time and time again.

So worth the drive from Keystone village! After we had been a week in keystone and trying all the restaurants in the village, we decided to make the drive to Dillon and Adriano’s made it worth it. Family run business with great Italian food and great service. Probably one of tbe best Eggplant Parmesan I’ve had! Great prices on the wine and a nice list to choose from! Very homey feel with the furniture and decor. We’ll definitely be back!

Adriano’s is one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Colorado. They do have some funky hours but trust me just because they are closed does not mean they aren’t working hard to make you an amazing dinner. All meals come with soup, salad, and a small appetizer. If you aren’t full (you will be) but go ahead and ignore your stomach telling you that you are full. Some of the most amazing deserts I have ever had are on this menu. They are made in house.

I am also extremely picky with my Alfredo sauces and this one is perfection.

If you like menus that are a short story this is not the place for you. Plan on 5-7 main meals plus wood fired pizzas. You can not go wrong!

5 stars for this family owned Eatery.

The food and the atmosphere are like nothing else. Adriano’s Bistro is not a chain restaurant with a formula that gets repeated over and over in multiple locations. It is unique.

When I go, I don’t feel like I am in restaurant – I feel like I feel I went to my Italian cousins place, and he just happens to serve great food.

The menu has a half dozen or so entrée choices on any given night – usually a couple of “classics”, plus a new combination that you probably have not seen on any other menu. The choices rotate constantly, so even a local can go often and have something new to consider.

I invited clients visiting from Chicago to join me at Adriano’s. We had a party of 8 so we ordered two brick oven pizzas, some simple pasta dishes, and wine. As we were leaving, one of them said “that was the best meal I had in my life”. How often does someone share such a remark? Rarely. This is great praise for any restaurant…especially one that provides such good value for the dollar.

Adrian –
My wife and I found an amazing italian food restaurant in Dillon, Colorado. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.

Great portion size and options for kids to get adult fare at kid prices.

The owner is very involved in the dining experience. He stopped by yo chat and check on us.

This place is on our Must Go To list.
