I am not sure if it was the titular Adriana serving us at the restaurant, but the woman who served us was fantastic! So friendly and accomodating. She even switched out the rice and beans that usually come with my meal for MORE MEAT. I’m highly carniverous, so that was great. I will say I’ve had other carne asada that I liked better, but the woman was so awesome that I’d go back and try other things. The margaritas were tasty, too.

Best Mexican in the area bar none. Adriana and her family are our favorite and the food is just plain amazing. We come here often. Anything a la crema but especially carnitas, the coldest beer , chile relleno, fried ice cream… you can’t get a bad meal here. Thank you!!

Adriana is the greatest! Best service I have ever received! She genuinely cares about her customers and has an enviable degree of energy and charm. We ordered the shrimp cervice, chips and queso, chimichanga, and carnitas with cream sauce. Everything was made fresh, tasted delicious and arrived promptly. We were stuffed when we left and brought home leftovers. But she still talked us into the Oreo churros. We both agreed that Adriana’s knocks the food at Enchantment resort out of the park. My husband remarked that if Adriana opened a resort we would stay here! This place should not be missed on your next visit Cottonwood / Jerome!

I’m not really into Mexican food, but my family is. So we decided to try this place on our way to Sedona. Super nice waitress. We really enjoyed our food. We all ordered different things and shared which is what we usually do. Everyone was pleased and I was even surprised I found a Mexican place I really enjoyed. Wished we lived closer. My compliments to the cook. I’m not easy to please when it comes to food.

Adriana’s is located on the edge of Old Town Cottonwood. Adriana runs the place with amazing efficiency — taking orders, serving food, and bussing tables on her own, and all done with a welcoming manner that makes you feel right at home. The menu is fairly standard for a Mexican restaurant. I enjoyed the Chicken Mole (picture), which was exceptionally well done. I also recommend the flan — delicious!

The owner ‘Adriana’ is fantastic. Wife wanted vegan options and had green chili and potatoes. I had spinach enchiladas and couldn’t be happier. Will go back!
