First of all, I ordered my items with corn AND extra protein being steak neither were included. Paying for steak is an additional cost. I paid for extra protein on both. Now when I recieve my items it had only chicken. On both. I ordered chicken and steak on both. When I ask the worker abt my order. She replies with “we don’t have steak” I respond with well I had paid for steak on the app. She responds with “sorry there’s nothing else we can do”. Note I was also not called before hand before receiving my items relating to the lack of steak. I was not offered anything in exchange either. Now after buying the burrito bowls in store we buy 2 jaritos. Jaritos need to be opened in a specific way you can’t just turn the lid to open it. We go up front and ask for the jaritos to be opened. We get told “we don’t have a cap opener, use your teeth”. Use my teeth?! Excuse me I don’t think that was very professional at all. So not only did I pay an extra 9 dollars for extra protein on both bowls and not recieve it. I also got told to use my teeth to open a bottle for their lack of tool. The employee who had this terrible service also rushed me. She was also a female.

Best Mexican Fast Food I ever eat price and taste are way better than any other brand, and they legit put ALOT of ingredients in each order!! I think The burrito is about 5 pounds weight
They also got a lot of other items, besides the amazing Chipotle chicken burrito or bowl, also must try their Birria Tacos, quesadilla, vegan Tofu or cauliflower protein options, and fresh made Cheerios & special desserts!!

This was my first time here and the environment is new and trendy. There’s seating (tables and chairs) to dine in and it was clean. I did have a more than 5 minute wait before I ordered (due to them working on other orders). I ordered loaded fries and a burrito. Both orders had hardy portions and my bf said the food was good.

We visit this place so often and there food especially quesadilla is quite delicious. One of their employee name HARLEEN works there and she makes bowl and quesadillas very nice. Her vibe is really good and friendly. She greets everybody as you enter inside the store. All other employees also pass friendly vibe with smile which enlighten my mood.i will highly recommend to visit this store if you are looking for fresh and healthy food

I sitting outside of the restaurant as I’m writing this. The food is great . My issue is the girl working there . I thought it was build my own taco not build her taco.. im clearly telling her lettuce and tomatoes..why is trying to put rice and corn in my meal…I had to keep redirecting and telling her no and stop …oh great looks like she put onions in my taco too smdh
