Excellent value for tex mex, in a gas station, in small town MN. They have daily specials and even if they didn’t, portions were huge in general. The first time we went several months ago, we mistakenly ordered like it was like the reg food truck tacos and was shocked with the amount of food we received, so keep that in mind. “Chipotle style” ordering where you pick the options as you go. Staff were friendly and helpful and tables to dine in were clean.

Some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had, at an excellent price. Fresh ingredients and the pork quesadillas are amazing. Their chicken has a good amount of kick to it, as do their medium and hot salsas. Bob is great! Be sure to bring cash so you can tip them!
