11/02/2025: My friends and I recently had brunch here, with a reservation at 1 pm. The full-service areas of the brunch were not manned when we arrived; we had to wait for staff to assist us at the various stations. The only genuinely hot item was the made-to-order omelette. Additionally, our waitress was neglectful about clearing our table, only doing so upon request. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the price paid.”
The menu is pretty straightforward, with limited choices. You start by picking an appetizer, which includes options like lamb chops, Caesar salad, Cobb salad, and one other choice, followed by an entree. We decided to try the lamb chops and Caesar salad. When the waiter asked if we minded anchovies, we said no, assuming they’d be included in the dressing. Instead, a whole anchovy was placed on top of the salad, which was a bit unexpected. The salad itself wasn’t very fulfilling, but the lamb chops were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful.
For the entree, we ordered the half chicken with mushroom sauce and the crab omelet. The chicken was well-cooked but lacked seasoning, and the home fries that accompanied it were fried but completely unseasoned. The mushroom sauce really brought the dish to life, though. As for the crab omelet, it was filled with plenty of crab meat, but it lacked seasoning. A little salt, pepper, or even Old Bay would have made a big difference. Also, there were too many cherry tomatoes, which took over the omelet.
Overall, while the atmosphere, service and the lamb chops were great, the seasoning and balance of flavors left something to be desired. It was a decent experience, but I think there’s room for improvement.
