Long time lurker, first time customer for this donut shop. We live out of state and have been trying to come to this location for months she. We visit family. Each time we come, they are sold out by 10:30 am. This has happened 2 times!!! Well third try is the charm and we went right at opening. I wish I could say the donuts were worth the hype but the product was mediocre. Service and atmosphere were top notch but the donuts while not overly sweet were very doughy. The mouthfeel on at the raised donuts felt undercooked and they were on the blonde side. We love to try donut shops whenever we travel but this is on place we probably won’t visit again.

I’ve loved every doughnut I’ve tried so far, but the standout here is the cinnamon rolls. They are so massive they barely fit in the box – seriously! The service is also wonderful.

Hidden gem. Donuts were delicious. Quaint little shop decorated appropriately nautical to match the name. Nice selection of donuts. None had nuts which was great for my son who is allergic. The lady who took care of us was just as sweet as the donuts. I wanted a cinnamon roll and was sad to find out they only had the dinner plate size. The cinnamon sugar yeast donut was a good compromise. We will be back. Love supporting a small business locally owned.

The donuts are good, and the shop is nice, but don’t bother going after 8:30 a.m. They won’t have any selection, and they will close earlier than stated. This operation must be a tax write off or something because they don’t seem to be serious about selling donuts.

First time visit to this local doughnut shop. The line was out the door at 945am on a Saturday morning.
Even though the line was out the door I waited no more than 5 minutes to get to the front of the line. The woman ringing in orders and serving doughnuts was very polite and friendly and even offered us an extra doughnut.
In addition to doughnuts I ordered a jalapeno bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. All items were super delicious and the doughnuts were very fresh.
Prices for doughnuts, sandwiches and drinks were very reasonable! I would highly recommend this doughnut shop based upon the great customer service, fresh food and clean atmosphere. Great job!!

We absolutely love Admiral’s Dough-Joe and all the families that make it so tasty! We are huge fans of the quality! To have a place that is calm and peaceful in order to catch up a little with friends or alone! What an amazing spot in the heart of Farragut! We highly recommend them for all your sweet treats and coffee! Lets face it there are no calories in the hole! That is the truth!

Our family loves to buy our donuts from Admiral’s Dough Joe! Their donuts are always super fresh and have fun patterns on them. Our personal favorites are the triple chocolate and the giant cinnamon rolls!
Inside the store there is seating and activities for the kids. Parking and access is easy within Turkey Creek directly off Campbell Station. The Dough Joe group is always very supportive of Knox County Schools and almost always has coupons available in any KCS fundraiser. I tried their special apple coffee with my free coffee coupon and it was lovely!
I’ve also called ahead for large orders and the donut assortment and preparation has been perfect and the freshness unparalleled! I truly love this business!

AMAZING little shop!!! We haven’t found a really good donut place since we’ve moved to TN and THIS IS THE SPOT. The donuts are delicious and such a good size, bagels are so soft and egg and bacon are delicious, she went back and cooked everything for them so they’re incredibly fresh and sooo flavorful. We also got some iced coffees and they’re very tasty. My husband picked it up for us the morning and the woman (I’m assuming owner) he said was so so kind, bubbly, and just such a wonderful personality to chat with. Definitely will be going back and 100% recommend!!
