If you’re looking for a refreshing treat that feels both indulgent and light, Adis Agua Frescas Raspados is a gem! I stopped by recently and decided to try their vegan strawberry vanilla mix flavor, and wow–such a creative and delicious combo.
The strawberry was bright and fruity without being overly sweet, and the vanilla added this creamy, dessert-like balance that made every bite feel like summer in a cup. The texture was spot on–perfectly shaved ice that melts just right instead of clumping up.
The shop has a friendly, upbeat vibe and a colorful menu that makes it hard to pick just one flavor. Everything looked so tempting! My only tiny critique (why 4 stars instead of 5) is that I wish the portion was a little bigger for the price–but the quality and freshness definitely make up for it.
If you’re vegan or just want a dairy-free option that doesn’t compromise on flavor, this spot has you covered. I’ll definitely be back to explore more combos–next time I’m eyeing something tropical!
