Average Indian restaurant run by a south Indian couple in Lombard.
The food tasted very basic. Service was ok. We just had to find a place and sit ourselves. Then we had to find napkins from the boxes laying around.
The bathrooms were dirty.
It seems like this place is past its prime.
There is an attached Indian grocery store with few products, don’t know if anyone really buys anything there.

During my today’s visit to Adhidhi restaurant, I was disappointed by the overall experience.Despite raising concerns about the quality of the food(especially the chutney), the staff appeared dismissive,showed a negative attitude and argumentative .The Masala dosa did not meet my expectations in terms of taste,presentation and service,and it was clear that the food had not been prepared to a satisfactory standard(video attached of Chutney).
This experience significantly impacted my enjoyment of the meal and left me feeling frustrated !!!
The subpar service and disappointing food quality during my visit prevent me from recommending it to others at this time .

Great food. They need to hire additional staff and formalize their menu.
The chef is good, but they have a lot of work ahead of them.
I would like to see them succeed but they need a lot of luck, hard work and guidance.
I think if they hire a smart cashier-manager it would do wonders for the place.

– More of a grocery store than a functioning restaurant. No servers, menu or ambiance
– Place was empty at 1230 PM, there was no menu and the only dish available was a bland masala dosa. The chutney was cold, the sambar lacked flavor and fresh vegetables
– The cashier / server was nice (hence the 2 star), but would not spend $ until they get their act together

Food is so very good! It has at home feel. Very polite and friendly service.

We go for the masala dosa which is huge and depending on who makes the chutney its been good and its been meh. Never bad just never the same. The sambar is spicy and taste good. We’ve had mutton briyani and again depending on the day it can be great or just average. Definitely needs to get staff but this place is hardly full. Also the hours can vary if owner wants to leave early. I’m just glad masala dosa is tasty.

Food was excellent and prices are very reasonable too! I had a very good masala dosa here.
The only drawback was that the service was a little slow. But the food more than made up for this. Place definitely deserves to be more popular!

This place has recently opened their restaurant and offering lunch buffet on Sunday. Didn’t try that however i had masala dosa and tea which was nice. They can make lot of items however it takes time to prepare (short on staff) so better call ahead before going. On Sunday’s during buffet time they also have open Karoake along with their professional singers who were singing songs in different languages. Liked thier performance very much. Owner is a very nice person. I hope and wish this place to grow and continue providing great service. Didn’t take any picture to upload however their interior looks nice with booth type seating. On price point it’s quite affordable.

This place has huge potential! Terrific masala dosas and veg samosas. We really enjoyed their homemade chili sauce, too. Very generous portions and excellent value for money. We want to see this place succeed!

Let me start by asking a question. “Why are you even open?” I came to this place during dinner hours. It seemed like an abandoned place. No one to be seen. Have to ring the bell on the counter for some ol chap to appear. Least interested in even keeping the place open, forget about taking your order. Food was store bought. Frozen idly from random brand. Worse sambhar ever. Pathetic environment. You’d almost feel sorry for this place. Outdated and Bizarre. Would never come back nor would advise anyone to go here.
