OK. This was our first time visiting Adelphia. Service was great. Our server was fantastic. The food was really good. However, I’m a bit confused. We ordered The Homewrecker Hot Dog and didn’t see any coleslaw? The hot dog was great but I was expecting big globs of cole slaw on top and it didn’t look like it had any. It’s on the menu, so where was it?

Update: I’m changing my rating because of the panic PR post that Adelphia did on a review page on FB. They not only jumped on the mob that humiliated a young employee, they terminated her for no reason whatsoever. It was disgusting and not necessary. The reviewer was a jerk, but the real jerks were the management adding on to the humiliation. I’ve been there twice since this review, but they lost a potential regular customer today. Gross….

Wings, Big D burger, and Greek nachos were good. The atmosphere was your traditional sports bar, lots of TVs, a bar, some high tops, and regular height tables. Waitress was attentive, however not super friendly. The location is great! We stopped by the consignment shop across the street after. There’s a few other restaurants on the street, to include Mexican, pizza, and ice cream.

Just flew into town. Gave it a shot for lunch. Service was great. Very attentive. Ordered a cheeseburger, medium. Burger look great. When it came out it was just one of the driest, flavorless burgers I’ve had. Must have been lean ground beef. There wasn’t a trip of fat coming off of it and the burger was cooked well done. They use spring mix instead of lettuce contributed to its dryness. On the other hand, the fries were good.

Descent Sports Bar. Lot of TVs which was good. Wings were good big and done right. Adelphia Hot Sauce wasn’t to hot kind of Buffalo sauce with some sweetness. Tried several beers on tap and they weren’t very good but had standard selections as well. Good atmosphere quite a few people in there. Servers were great. Elizabeth bartender very attentive and spot on.

The Walleye Fish sandwich and the sweet potato fries were very good. Great beer selections. Lots of TVs to watch the various games.

Stopped by Adelphia on a recommendation while in the area around lunchtime. We were quickly seated and the staff were really friendly. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with fries and it was delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked and nice and crispy. My bf got the grilled cheese and fries. He really enjoyed the combination of sharp cheddar, Swiss and feta and I think we’ll be trying to make it at home one day! Overall a great quick stop and I’d definitely recommend it.

We spent the night in Charleston during a road trip and Google search led us to Adelphia. Great service, great food, and the hostess Jerryanne was kind enough to have our game put on the big screen. She also stopped by our table a couple of times to check on us and give us tips on other local places to visit. I hope Adelphia appreciates this true gem of an employee!
Our server was wonderful as well, but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. We’d absolutely visit again!

We visited your establishment with our family around 3:30 pm on Saturday. It was fairly busy, and although there was a podium and signage indicating we should wait to be seated, there was no hostess present. We waited 5-7 minutes before a waitress assisted us. My bone-in wings were satisfactory, though not the best I’ve had in the area. My girlfriend’s boneless wings were unfortunately very tough and inedible; she substituted them for a burger, which she rated a 7/10. We felt this place is better suited for a casual lunch with friends rather than a family dinner.

We were passing through Charleston and looking for a local place to eat. We were seated outdoors, at our request, and the metal chairs were incredibly unsatisfactory. Definitely opt for a wooden one if you have a choice! The service was rough, the food took more than half an hour, and several items did not come out then. My beer never arrived and two of our side dishes came after we paid the bill. The food was passable but nothing stood out as especially good.

This is the second time I’ve been here to eat . Both times was good. First time a little better I’d have to say due to service. It wasn’t as busy this time, but it took forever to get our drinks. I turned my stopwatch on my phone when she came back to take our order without the drinks. 8 mins 5secs later , we got them. My drink was horrible and my son’s drink was too strong and wasn’t good, he said. Vodka and very little redbull. I got something with way too much Midori .
The food was great. Both times. I got the Greek quesadilla and deep fried feta. I forget what my son got but he loved it. Some kind of huge hot dog looking thing. We got the baklava and ice-cream for dessert. Yummy
The manager was on the scene greeting all the customers and had a very pleasant attitude despite some light sarcasm I might have let slip my lips. (We waited another 10 minutes on the baklava lol ) ‍♀️
So worth the wait!
