Hailing from Florence, Italy, Adelmo Banchetti started his career in the food and beverage world at the tender age of 16. His work took him all over the world from ships to hotels, and finally, Dallas, Texas , where he worked at the legendary Fairmont Hotel’s Pyramid Room, the Mansion On Turtle Creek, and the Crescent Court Hotel. In 1989, he and his wife Eliza, who hails from the Mediterranean region, opened Adelmo’s Ristorante to rave reviews. Their love of family, friends, good food and wines is reflected, to this day, at Adelmo’s. We feature cuisine inspired by the Italian/ Mediterranean region as well as the herbs, spices and grains indigenous to its shores. Made with the freshest ingredients.
Cozy trattoria offering contemporary twists on Italian classics & a popular pre-theater menu.

Great experience with our party of 10 birthday dinner.
Large menu with many faves and Italian specialties. Full bar with a varied wine menu.
Appetizer came fast and were delicious. Octopus was succulent. Meatballs were well seasoned and light. Both the sauteed and fried Calamari were tender and tasty.
Everyone liked their main dishes from my perfectly cooked Veal Chop to the fillet of sole to the lamb chops to the Chicken Parm.
Very attentive service from staff and owners

The atmosphere was very pleasant and calm, and it wasn’t too loud. Our waiter, Jeffrey, was very nice and provided excellent service. The food was the real star though. Everything from the lobster bisque to the Cappuccino ice cream cake was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

We were in the area and randomly selected this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We were able to reserve a table online for New Years Eve. The restaurant has a very family/quaint feel. Great selection of Wines. They are able to handle large parties as well if needed. The service works as a team and they continuously ensure you have what you need.
We really enjoyed the food: Smoked Salmon appetizer, Osso Bucco Gnochi, Tortellini Boscaiolla (very creamy!), Creme Brule.
Our only disappointments were the salads. My complimentary house salad seemed really dry and not sure if there was any dressing at all. My husband upgraded to a Caesar Salad – it was a $4.50 upcharge, it was very small, and was very dry (with little cheese). We didn’t come there for the salads, so I’m not affecting their rating.
If we are in the area again, we would love to stop by again!

Stunning. Best food I’ve had in a long time. And the experience and atmosphere were also exceptional. The restaurant is beautiful and I had a charming view. My server, Corey M, was just lovely and attentive without being smothering. When he packed my leftovers, he added extra ciabatta and pickled veggies. What a sweetheart! I’m going to attach a few photos, my favorites being the lobster bisque, the Fronseca 20-year tawny port, and finally the cannoli. A perfect cannolo can be amazing, and a mediocre cannolo can be boring. This one was amazing. What a treat! I’m coming back and bringing the family for some birthdays. I eyeballed a little room in the back that can be reserved for such occasions. You are making a mistake if you don’t try this place out, they deserve all the accolades they have received. Salute cin cin!

This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back. We had the Gnocchi, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Veal Scallopini di Limon, and the Tomato soup with grouper and shrimp. The first three dishes were absolutely fantastic. I think the soup could have used a bit more salt, but that may be more of a personal taste and is an easy fix tableside. The service was impeccable. It very much reminded of us of our time in Florence and we’ll certainly be back.

Loved this place. Very good service, enjoyed the complimentary bread/butter/olives. The restaurant has a romantic vibe. We liked the rigatoni a lot and our pasta dishes were quite large for a fancy place (which we love!), allowing us to have leftovers if needed!

I was honestly surprised by the high ratings for this place. My experience was far from great. For the cost, I expected quality, attention to detail, and flavor — none of which were delivered. The food was either bland or just average, the service didn’t meet the standard they advertise, and both the cocktails and wine were underwhelming. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and won’t be returning.
