I cannot believe that this little hidden gem exists in Princeton! Do not, DO NOT hesitate to come here. It’s so dang good. The meat is locally sourced, the flavor is just so authentic, the service is amazing. The burrito is HUGE and a million times better than chipotle. The fajitas are so flavorful, I was a little nervous with the lack of browning on the meat- but it was packed with amazing flavor and it was so moist. Not too salty- seriously perfect. We also had the slow roasted beef taco and BUCKLE up those taste bud. It’s so dang good. Just come here.

There is outdoor seating on a patio as well as a drive through. There indoor dining but it can get pretty tight in there when busy. Our server was very friendly and took good care of us our entire meal. The menu had a lot of options and were reasonably priced. The food was great and came out quick and hot! We will be back!

Heard good things about their Quesobirria tacos, and they lived up to our expectations and then some. And the Bavarian creme churro was so awesome.

I had the 3 Chorizo Street Tacos, and they honored my request with not having any cheese on them. Hubby ordered the Torta Hawaiiana that came with fries.

Went for dinner with my daughters and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the food came! The server, Juan was very polite and explained things very well. He even accommodated for my teen’s request for hard shell covered by soft shell. It was a great experience all around and he even let my daughter try on the pink sombrero that was hanging up for display. Very happy, we’ll be back!

My friend and I arrived Friday January 9th at 7:30 pm and we’re not seated. We ordered takeout, after being told multiple times what type of tortillas they were incorrect. They forgot to include desert, which was discovered at home. I went in the next day to complain and the server was dismissive and argumentative. Very disrespectful after their mistake. Poor communication skills for entire staff. Racist, disrespectful and ignorant establishment that I will never go back. I and hope they close.

First day open and it is packed! Got 2 tortas (chorizo and carne asada) with fries, tres leches cake, Diet Coke and Horchata. Food is very good and only complaint is the refried beans on the sandwiches are not fully mashed but I think it’s because they ran out of rice and beans so early today and had to make more due to the amount of people that showed up! Cake and horchata were delicious
